I’ve always enjoyed the Menchies brand but lately they are just showing a lack of details in regards to cleanliness and service. Trash cans were overflowing with a severe smell of rotten milk coming from the outside trash can right next to the entry.Yogurt machines had not been wiped down in a while, floors were dirty with buildup and for some reason the cups to put soft serve in were wet.All of this unawareness in cleaning is sad when the employees have a sign to ring a bell if service is needed. Instead of cleaning the front, they hang out in the back. I politely declined to tip when asked on the card machine and cringe when I see tip buckets when no service is provided.I hope this place can clean up its act as our family enjoys the treat but it’s just starting to feel icky.

ROACHES IN LOCATION NEAR TOPPINGS!!!!!! Called to speaker to manager Lucy was very dismissive said she was handling the situation that her toppings are safe, which is not true because they are open and exposed. Didn’t offer any apologies, or nonetheless to return our money after we had to throw our food away party of eight by the way just disgusting and horrible customer service please do not go here I will be contacting corporate for more assistance..

Too expensive. Barely put any in the over large cup they had available and the total was over $8I think they get you with the only cup size they have available which makes the scale weigh what you have a little heavier. Won’t be back!

They charge $0.60-something cents by the pound. There are yummy toppings and several flavors of ice cream. My daughter loves the chocolate and pineapple dole whip flavors with boba balls. A fun place to have a date with your offspring. There's a chalk wall to sign and all the kids seem to love leaving their autograph before exiting. Many teens and young kids with their parents. Service was courteous and friendly. The venue is clean and the price was fair for the amount of product. We enjoyed it so much that we even forgot to take a pic.. will be back to get photo evidence of the tasty splurge.
