The last 2 time I have been to this moes I have had the worst experience! The first time I put in an online order. Arrived to pick up my order at the time provided. I waited for an additional 25 - 30 mins to get my order. At that point I could have waited in line and gotten my order at the same time. Tonight I ordered through uber eats. I got my order with half my order and half of another persons order. It was 100% NOT Ubers fault, as it was packaged this way. So now my son has nothing that he will eat from this order.

I decided to try the stack, (recommended by my grandson). Built to your specifications! Very good, and quite filling. They serve coke here, (a plus for me). Love their queso here! This location is in a small strip shopping center, with free parking.
Parking: Small, but substantial parking lot for the businesses here.

Great food, guy behind counter was a little frustrated with me because I couldn't hear him because music was blasting. Sitting with friends we had to raise our voices to hear each other. Being hearing impaired I was a little embarrassed that I had to have friend help me order.

I am not sure if it is just this location (Woodstock-Hwy 92) or Moe's in general, but it was not a great experience, and I wouldn't go back. My family and I arrived for lunch today. The food was okay, not great, but okay. Most of the staff were very unfriendly, except for one of the younger males that helped with the food. The cashier was one of the most unfriendly cashiers I have met. The dining area was a mess! I have worked in food service before, so I try and be understanding. However, they seemed to overlook the importance of customer service and the retention of regular customers.

The kids they have working there today 6-26-24 are rude and don't listen. I'm not trying to be rude but this is a place that serves food, which is dinner for someone and it would be nice if the employees weren't jerks and ignore you. I come here all the time and this is the last.
