Everyone in here is super nice. I came in like right before it closed like literally five minutes before it closes and they made me fresh proteins. The steak was done very well it wasn’t overcooked or dry. Emily and Saul made the wait very enjoyable.

I made the mistake of thinking that I would need a side of guac and salsa because they only gave us about 5 chips with each order. They were running out of lettuce & instead of getting more, they just skimped on it. If you keep taking ingredients away you're not left with much - lose the flavor & we won't like it anymore. One of the tortillas on a burrito was over-cooked really brown & part was peeling off. The prices do not reflect the quality any longer. If I'm going to pay $15 per person then I'm going to a full service restaurant. Bye Moes! I guess I should have said that walking out the door. Not hard to find a good Mexican places to waste any more money here. Added picture of crusty burrito, eew.

Every time I come to this location I get really good service . From the start the employees are attentive and say welcome to Moe’s when entering . The food is good and portions are decent . The employees coordinate to work well when In a rush and by the time i leave I have never left the store with any complaints . I go during lunch time , weekends and weeknights and still get good service . People can be harsh on trainee’s performance but overall this is my go to for burritos 🌯 😋

We ordered dinner from Moe’s Southwest Grill last week — two adobo chicken bowls, three hard beef tacos (with cheese and lettuce), and two queso dips. What we received was an absolute embarrassment of a meal.
The two adobo chicken bowls had barely any chicken — maybe half a cup combined between both. The three tacos were even worse: two had about a tablespoon of meat, and one taco had no meat at all. None of them had cheese or lettuce as ordered. To top it off, we only received one queso instead of two.
I attempted to get a refund through the Uber Eats app, but was told to contact the restaurant. When I did, the manager at the time, Jackson, assured me the refund would be processed in 3–5 days. Five days came and went — no refund. I called again, and another manager told me the refund had supposedly been issued, so it was now “out of their hands.” Uber confirmed no refund request was ever received from Moe’s.
To make matters worse, the second manager offered to comp one meal if I came in person. One meal. For a $60+ order where every item was missing ingredients or meat entirely. That’s not customer service — that’s insult to injury.
I’ve been a longtime Moe’s customer, but this experience showed an alarming lack of quality control and accountability. Between the missing food, the false promises, and the refusal to make things right, this location has completely lost my trust. Also, scrolling through the reviews, I see multiple others that are complaining about the same thing that I experienced. This is a failure, totally across the board, from management down. Subpar employees give subpar experiences and vice versa. The Moes in Roswell is far better, so I’ll be spending my money there, and will refer everyone I know to do the same.
