This used to be our favorite restaurant. Not anymore. We waited 25 minutes after being seated; waitress passed our table 15 times never spoke, after waiting my mother called the restaurant and asked for a waitress. The manager apologized and at that point we hoped for an enjoyable mean. We both ordered a club sandwich not a complicated item. We received a cold sub, nothing that resembled the photos or a club sandwich in any way. It will be along time till we return

I asked for my burger lunch special to be very well done I’m pregnant so can’t play with raw meat I even let them know this and still my burgers as pink as My gender reveal cupcakes. Very careless to me.

I enjoy this restaurant. Staff was cool. Food was terrible undercooked an lacking flavor or extremely salty. Soup was sub-par my girl friends chicken tenders were dry and over cooked. Also the broccoli we received was yellow an old... never going to this location again.

Broccoli was under cooked and cold and when I ask for butter ( thinking it would be warm ) came straight from the refrigerator. I sure was hoping for warm butter . the tiny piece of chicken was not hot , but room temperature . meal was $ 35 .00 . The waitress kept calling me honey and sweetie . I will never dine at a O'charlies.

Today's lunch has by far been the worst I have had. If I could put a negative amount of stars I would. At first it started with the worst customer service while trying to place the order. Then it twice as long for it be ready. And to top it off there were missing items and wrong items sent. I have made numerous to go orders with this location and there is something wrong with my meal every single time. What makes it worse is that every time a call is made to this location to speak with the manager Melissa, she does not seem to care or offer to correct the order. Her answer is always " We will try next time". It is very disappointing because I am trying to continue giving O'Charleys my business during this time. I can say with certainty that I will not be dining at O'charleys for a very long time.

Such a disappointing lunch from O'Charley's today. From ordering the food to receiving the order. First off a rep was offering to bring us lunch to speak about his product. We choose your restaurant for the food and of course the pie. When we tried to place our order at 11 Amanda informs us that if we can't pay at time of order we would have to use doordash. Now we have placed orders before and was able to have the rep call after place the order or pay when we pick up. Amanda refused to take order and we had to do extra unnecessary steps to get order placed and picked up. Doordash would have delivered after our lunch was over. Once we get order items were missing. Food was just thrown together. We asked for extra whip cream and instead received a large tub of sour cream. Which kind of looks like whip cream. When we call back to explain everything to the manager Melissa. She acted like it was no big deal and suggested when we order again she'd give us extra pie. Why would we order again considering how we were treated. In this climate were customer service is the key. There was no quality customer service or priority to rectified the situation. Our office will no longer be patrons of this restaurant. Which is very sad. 8 people may not seem like many. Uhm it is!

At time where we stay at home most of the time. oCharley's is doing it right. This mother's day we did the family meal got it delivered and it was amazing. The honey chicken and the stakes were very good. I would like to recommend the family meal to anyone

We are doing our best to support local favorite restaurants during the pandemic shutdown . O’Charleys is one of our favorites and has always given us a well prepared quality meal. Our favorite is the Louisiana Sirloin. Our son picked up a couple for us for his moms birthday Monday April 13. The Sirloin was awesome as usual BUT the baked potatoes were so over cooked the insides had vaporized and they were basically a tough hollow shell. They had to be that way when they were picked up. We are only a few minutes from the restaurant. They went in the trash. Luckily we keep the plastic wrap microwaveable potatoes in our pantry. Note to this restaurant. If you are totally takeout now you need to pay attention to your food going out if you want people to come back. Wish I had taken a pic. I have never seen a hollow potato. Also, the portion of Caesar salad we got was much less and lower quality than previous dine in salads.

Very bad experience with my to go order. I ordered steak medium well it was so rare I had to cook it more. The baked potato was still hard I had to cook it more. The little containers with the bacon,cheese chives was a joke they were not even half full. Just glad I had additional toppings. I did speak with a manager who said he would address it with his employees and seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. Not sure if I'll be going back to that O'Charleys

Came here for a family lunch after church. Decent food and great service. Not bad for a chain restaurant.

Broccoli was over cooked and mushy, hot rolls were under cooked and doughy, mashed sweet potatoes were runny. The first table where we were seated was in the bar area.....the table was sticky to the touch and menus were wet from them attempting to wipe them down....yes we asked to be moved and were moved.

Very disappointed in the service. Our waitress was just no good. It took almost 25 minutes to get bread and she kept telling us there wasn't enough being made, but tables around us were being served bread. We were there for an hour waiting on our food, and when it finally came you could tell it had been sitting because the broccoli was mush and the salmon was cold. The manager was trying and hustling and I really appreciate that, but there was no apology and no one seemed to care that our experience was so terrible.
