I had a very bad experience at this Panda Express. The employees seemed unhappy and unmotivated—there was no greeting, no welcome, and not even a “thank you” or “have a good day.” The tables were dirty, and the staff had an attitude that reflected a lack of professionalism. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness were very disappointing.
Now I understand why the restaurant close.

Today I would like to give 5 stars to the Store Manager Jordan for his fantastic customer service. He was very friendly, hard-working, respectful, and polite. I always enjoy the food here. It’s hot, fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this location.

I had a better experience today, young man at the window with blond hair had great customer service . And the food was hot. I can tell they are improving and I appreciate it.

Don’t pretend you are open until 10:30 when you are out of half your choices by 9:30. Poor management.
Got food poisoning and threw up all night 11/22. Had the orange chicken, broccoli beef, fried ride, and a cherry coke. If I could give less stars I would.
Their teriyaki chicken is excellent as is their orange chicken. I love that they have the option of mixed greens instead of rice or lo mein

I ordered a bowl with extra meat and they charged for a plate . I asked for a refund to be put back on my credit card. They refused and gave me cash. I asked for a refund receipt and they refused. I spoke to Nikita who claims to be manager and asked for corporate phone number to file complaint was told go on line cause I can’t find it was her answer. I find that highly unlikely as a manager you don’t have a phone number for corporate.panda express #1008 Woodstock GA

The lady in the drive thru asked us what we wanted. I replied with a plate of fried rice and orange chicken. She didn’t respond after saying “hello??” MULTIPLE times. Finally she said what else after a FULL MINUTE AND A HALF, proceeded to not respond. We asked for a water and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go thru other Panda Express drive thrus, they give us a medium water in a cup (which I asked for along with a medium dr. Pepper). They gave us a medium Dr Pepper and a HALF FILLED SMALL WATER. I asked her to make it a medium and she said we only do that or bottled water. Super rude, terrible service. She said it would take 8 minutes, and I just waited almost 20. Worst experience with this lady. Normally this is the decent location, wont be going here for a while.

Very bad taste. I visited many other branches of this fast food chain but it was never this worst. I would not recommend anyone visiting this branch.
Glad I got out of bed to be ignored at the drive thru and then to be told basically nothing is available an hour to close …. Simply close at 9 if you’re unwilling to cook enough food to make it 10 …. Basic food management skills aren’t hard to come by in today’s job market 🤣
