Moreover, I’m a big fan of the health-consciousness of this chain, with the nutritional info displayed and the purposefully lighter options highlighted. I stopped by the Panda Express in Woodstock around 10:25 PM on a Saturday night (they close at 11 PM) to grab dinner for my family. Unfortunately, they were already out of almost all the entrees — the trays were empty, dishes were washed, and they only offered to make fresh chow mein. Even that had no vegetables in it. There were other customers behind me who also had to pick from leftovers.
If the restaurant is open until 11 PM, it should have food available until closing time. Really disappointing experience — we left hungry and won’t be returning.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Avery- she yelled at me for trying to tell her that my order didn’t go with the person ordering behind me. Manager did nothing. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in a customer facing position.

If you close at 9:30pm that doesnt mean you let all the food go stale so anyone who comes in at 9pm is eating poor quality food. Orange chicken was disgusting and had been sitting on burner too long. Its your staple item just keep it fresh you’re a major corporation not a mom and pop come on.. food should be fresh.

The teriyaki grilled chicken seemed a little rubbery to me, but my friends loved it. The super greens were very tasty and an awesome, healthy substitute to carbs they went with everything they served meatwise. The tropical tea flavors were really refreshing.
Kid-friendliness: Didn't see a lot of kids but kids may enjoy the noodles.
