Got a plate of double broccoli and beef & chow mein. Before I left the drive-thru window I checked my plate (they’ve done this before at other locations) and they gave me one serving of broccoli and beef and just put a bunch of broccoli on the other side. No beef. I asked for more beef and she asked for the plate back and to pull up. No problem, but when I got my new plate that they brought out the chow mein was 75% onions and barely any noodles. The broccoli was cold.

When people order Teriyaki chicken to go. GIVE THEM TERIYAKI SAUCE. Otherwise it's just roasted chicken. Tired of paying for teriyaki chicken just to get plain chicken. Pay attention to your orders to go.

Eeew! Far cry from real Chinese food. Full of flavoring ( sodium seasonings ?). My grandchild and I had 2 completely different items from each other and ended up with identical stomach aches and diarrhea within an hour of eating here. Ugh! I remember now why it's been years since I ate at a Panda Express.

Half of our order was missing or left out. We ordered a large cheese rangoons and paid for a large and we’re giving three rangoons. I ordered a medium root beer didn’t even receive a drink. My boyfriend was missing his chicken he got. Terrible experience yet.

I ordered online, I showed them the order on my App, showed them the sms saying my order was ready. The lady in the black shirt and the guy at the checkout kept saying we don’t see your name you have to wait and were irritated. When I insisted they check again, all this time my order was packed and ready on their self for pickup. The lady in the black shirt who I assume is the manager or assistant manager was careless and irritated, for her behavior they deserve 0 stars.
