I went there feeling good yesterday, but the woman receiving orders from that place was so unfriendly that I felt completely ruined. It was too bland. I can't ask about their name, but as i know she is manager. Very uncomfortable visit.

Cool laid back Panera. Usually not too noisy or a whole lot of traffic in and out. Staff is cool. Booths and table do be a little dirty though. Could use some extra attention to keeping sitting areas clean after use.

Happy to have the best service today!!! I came in for the seasonal Autumn Squash, but left with so much more!!! The Panera Lunch Team showed their stuff today. Service was Smooth and Speedy, happiness behind the counter. So nice to see team working so well together. Quiet and respectful. Haylee kindly helped apparently a new team member, Chance, sticker the to go bag correctly and he took it with a smile!!! What a great group you have!

Went with my husband for breakfast on a Saturday. The sign said breakfast served until 11 AM. It was 1048 when we walked in the door. And they said they had already stopped making breakfast. What we were ordering would have been everything that is on the regular menu plus an egg. Seriously Panera how hard can it be to make an egg. And it was still breakfast.

Always bad customer service. The new general manager always has an off vibe and awful attitude. The employees don't put my Sip club cup out most times and then they'll have me waiting around asking for a cup from a few minutes to 10 or longer. Some days I walk out. Its hard to get their attention. I finally cancelled my sip club membership. I cant deal with the looks and comments I get from the manager, when she asked the one manager if I paid for my drink. It was embarrassing. Lot of bad vibes and I won't be back.
It's a good place to dine and door dash at every now and then I highly recommend
