Although my food must be Gluten Free, the person who takes orders told me Panera Breads is not Gluten Free was very patient and suggested several options which I chose the squash soup, which was very satisfying and unique. I am grateful for his suggestions and salesmanship.

I love Panera and don't usually have a bad experience. This was my first time at this location and I can confidently say I will not be coming back. We came in with an hour until they closed and got told that we could only order to go. They also said they were out of bacon when they didn't want to make more. We then go to sit down to wait, and the table and chairs were still wet from when they got wiped down last. Then, the cashier proceeded to start vacuuming right next to us. When our food was ready we had to come back and get spoons and napkins. Overall, a bad experience and I am surprised.

Service was bad, placed our order at 8:20pm (They close at 9pm) and was told that we would have to take it to go. As we sat and waited on our food to get done, the same employee that took our order began cleaning and vacuuming right next to us. Very rude. Would not recommend.

My husband and I hadn't been to Panera in sometime and decided to go there tonight for dinner. We were shocked..it has really gone down! The tables weren't clean, my salad that I have always gotten there had more yellow lettuce than green, it looks like it's been taken over by students that aren't even purchasing food. When I went to pick up my food, the older lady in the kitchen was rude when I mentioned that I had asked for a different salad dressing. She gave me the one I requested with a huff and placed it on my plate with some force. We won't be back .
I love their salads. They are really good and filling, with a big variety to pick from. Their soups and sandwiches are also really good. The bake goods are super delish, and the Towne Lake location always has plenty of sweets to pick from (unlike the Canton location). I like Panera's so much that I eat at either the Woodstock or Canton location several times a week. I've never had order issues at Towne Lake, but Canton location gets my orders wrong a lot. Its aggravating, but they always correct the mistakes with a smile. Panera's also offers a monthly subscription to their "sip club". You can get all the details on their app. For me, it's worth getting the subscription for free drinks. I definitely recommend this place for eating and visiting with friends or family. The atmosphere is super chill...
The service here has always been great, awesome team working here! The food is pretty typical for a Panera. The only issue is that the place itself is looking really rundown. The seats are all torn, carpet and tables are worn and just generally feels like it hasn’t been taken care of or is in need of a refresh.

This uses to be a fantastic location with excellent service and quality control. The last few times I've come to pick up an order here, multiple sandwiches have been totally incorrect, and also not labelled. What is the point in using the stickers if you aren't going to label them( much less make the correct food) it takes 2 seconds. As a person who has worked in the sandwich making industry I just don't get the lack of care and consideration. This also happens regardless of how busy this location is, I've been the only customer in the building and still have gotten multiple wrong orders and unlabeled food, will not be frequenting this location again
