Went with my husband for breakfast on a Saturday. The sign said breakfast served until 11 AM. It was 1048 when we walked in the door. And they said they had already stopped making breakfast. What we were ordering would have been everything that is on the regular menu plus an egg. Seriously Panera how hard can it be to make an egg. And it was still breakfast.

Always bad customer service. The new general manager always has an off vibe and awful attitude. The employees don't put my Sip club cup out most times and then they'll have me waiting around asking for a cup from a few minutes to 10 or longer. Some days I walk out. Its hard to get their attention. I finally cancelled my sip club membership. I cant deal with the looks and comments I get from the manager, when she asked the one manager if I paid for my drink. It was embarrassing. Lot of bad vibes and I won't be back.

For the price, they could put more meat on the sandwiches. Sometimes you have to take off the top of the sandwich just so you’re not eating all bread. Also, it’s really annoying when you pull up to drive-in at 10:32 and they say sorry, breakfast ended at 10:30. No exceptions.

Although my food must be Gluten Free, the person who takes orders told me Panera Breads is not Gluten Free was very patient and suggested several options which I chose the squash soup, which was very satisfying and unique. I am grateful for his suggestions and salesmanship.
