Placed an order at and received email confirmation for it at 11:15 PM. At 11:44 PM, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. I called the store to ask why (at 11:55 PM) and was told by the manager that they are closed. Papa John's lists this location's hours as open until 12:00 AM. I don't know if the fault lies with Papa John's, this particular location, or the particular manager that I spoke with; but he clearly had zero interest in finding a solution.

This may be the best Papa Johns in the USA… Seriously so good! Always pipping hot (from delivery!!) & fresh. They haven’t ever forgotten an order note or sauce. SERIOUSLY! It’s so good. I moved into this area late 2023 and have came to this Papa Johns each time I want a pizza..Whatever the team is doing here, keep it up.I know it isn’t an easy job and ya’ll are AWESOME!!!!!!!! ? ?

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! They screwed up my order about a week ago and I contacted the customer service number and complained about it. The general manager from this store who didn't even give his name in the email gave me a free pizza. So when I called the store to order it the manager on duty had a nasty attitude when I tried to claim it. He spoke to me like I was trash. Like how dare I try and claim my free make it right pizza! I am partially deaf in both ears and I speak loudly naturally. He accused me of yelling at him which I wasn't. I was calm until he started to threaten me about not honoring the pizza and threatened that he will never deliver to my house again. I have never been treated so badly! I was afraid to eat the pizza because I was afraid that they probably did something to it. So when it finally came via DoorDash I threw it away.

I ordered pizza @ 5:49 7:00 it finally came. I called the store and the only thing this women could say was we have to drivers. No I apologize, no I will refund your money and the pizza is on the house no nothing. I'm telling her this is unacceptable and she gets an attitude like I did something wron. Please make that make sense. Papa John's on Towne Lake is the worse. Please don't waste your time or money. The customer service there was the worse. Treating people wrong is not how you keep your business open. You all need to hire people who love people and there job. I know it don't matter but you lost this customer for sure!!!!!

It's not exactly classic ny style pizza but if your looking for something basic in terms of pizza It's the best you can get for "fast food" chain style pizza. The dipping sauce and the garlic parm crust set it apart from Others. Though I wish I could do the garlic parm on the stuffed crust.

I rarely go to this particular location, but have never had issues. Ordered for delivery. The delivery guy was great, the food was hot, and they even remembered the seasoning packets. BUT, I ordered a Works pizza with no sausage. What I got was a pizza with only tomatoes, peppers, onions, and olives. I’ll chalk it as a lesson learned not to deliver again, but I’m more irritated that there are so many rules to have it replaced. Since I was 2 minutes outside the 30 minute window of receiving, it won’t be replaced.

Bobby is THE BEST DELIVERY MAN IN TOWN!!!! Our food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! And he remembers our house- with don’t knock and ring bell to wake the household! So he texts to alert us he is on his way! Will continue to order from here bc he is so awesome!!!

After just spending $50, their service and quality has drastically dropped. First, they forget the paid for side sauces. Called the store and lady manager was condescending, I have “we owe you” on next order. Then open the pizza box, worst ever… very lil to none of the toppings that we just paid $24 for…. It’s literally just the crust with 2 slivers of each topping, no sauce, and cheese just in the middle..,,NEVER AGAIN. If only I would have ordered on Doordash, I would have received proper credits and great customer service. Quality control needs to be addressed before orders leave the restaurant.
