Papa Johns Pizza

Writing this to give a huge shout out to whoever is running this location. We had an issue with our pizza and just made a comment on the rate us email. THAT NIGHT THEY WITHOUT ASKING REMADE OUR ORDER AND HAD IT DELIVERED. The remake was perfect and you couldn't ask for better customer service.

I usually never have an issue here but this is the second time in a row I’ve received horrible food… First time I called, the woman who answered was polite and professional, second time I called, the man who answered was pretty sarcastic and sounded high…. Will never order from here again.

They skipped my order and had me waiting for over an hour and a half.. with no courtesy while still giving other customers there orders

Having to wait an 1.5 hours for a pizza delivery from Papa Johns is ridiculous.
Placed my delivery order at 2:48pm and then the pizza anticipated delivery is at 4:15 picked up by a DoorDash driver who then takes my pizza and breadsticks on a joyride around Woodstock. Whatever happened to placing an order for pizza delivery and it arriving within a typical time of 30-45 minutes. No wonder these places are going out of business. Won’t make this mistake again.

I always eat papa John this is first pizza I have ever seen with a 1 1/2 inch wide crust

Ordered delivery from the store tracked my order to see it was returned to the store I contacted the store to see why the man who answered the phone didn’t know why so he had the pizza remade to be delivered again I waited an hour the first time then waited an additional hour to still not receive the pizza I called back to speak with the manager alley who was rude she said they didn’t have drivers asked me to pick the pizza up then just refunded the money and hung up in my face after i told her I waited 2 hours for the delivery and it was my kids dinner. Terrible customer service. Slow delivery time. Horrible communication.

1 large pepperoni pizza and a papa dia. Cost $35 with tip and took two hours. Not good. I highly suggest they get it figured out because folks are not gonna keep paying outrageous prices for sub par service.

I will not be utlizing this specific Papa John's again. Each time I do, there is always a problem. Tonight I ordered using the app for delivery. I get a phone call from Papa John's but after me saying Hello 2 I was hung up on. An hour later and no delivery, I see that my order was canceled. I called and spoke to the manager. Questioned his lack of customer service. He said I could pick up my order because it's sitting on the rack still. I get there and they have me wait to remake the order.

The driver tampered with our food! Food for our children! Had the nerve to catch an attitude because we didn’t tip in the application! This is horrible! This is nasty! Even a refund won’t take away the fact that our food was tampered with! She removed the seals! Be careful!
