I will not be utlizing this specific Papa John's again. Each time I do, there is always a problem. Tonight I ordered using the app for delivery. I get a phone call from Papa John's but after me saying Hello 2 I was hung up on. An hour later and no delivery, I see that my order was canceled. I called and spoke to the manager. Questioned his lack of customer service. He said I could pick up my order because it's sitting on the rack still. I get there and they have me wait to remake the order.

The driver tampered with our food! Food for our children! Had the nerve to catch an attitude because we didn’t tip in the application! This is horrible! This is nasty! Even a refund won’t take away the fact that our food was tampered with! She removed the seals! Be careful!

1 large pepperoni pizza and a papa dia. Cost $35 with tip and took two hours. Not good. I highly suggest they get it figured out because folks are not gonna keep paying outrageous prices for sub par service.Best of luck papa

Was sent the wrong pizza, guy on the phone was super nice, they sent the right one out immediately. Waited to eat for it to arrive only to be literally laced with a perfume/air freshener, something like that. Could smell it inches away after opening the box but didn't realize until taking a bite as we waited for the right pizza . Sickening. Absolutely disgusting someone would do this. We even tipped the driver, AGAIN. Stay far away!!

Never order from this location.. my order was to be delivered at 630 -635 pm and it never came until 8pm when I called they said it's been very busy and short staff, all they could do was say sorry.. well, the pizza was cold and you will never get my business again!

Ordered tonight for delivery from Holly Springs Pkwy. Took 3 attempts to finally get my pizza delivered to the right address. Pizza was very good, service stunk and it took 2 hours for delivery. If it weren’t for the owner working with me to make it right, I wouldn’t order from Papa Johns again!
Placed an online order so it would be ready when I got there and when I arrived I was told that half my order got taken out with delivery and had to wait 30min for them to make a new one?? very

Did not get my 2 liter that I specifically ordered with my pizza. The manager was very rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by delivering my 2 liter that I ordered with my pizza. No other amends were offered for their mistake. I will NEVER order here again! I do not recommend Papa John's anymore! What happened to the days of good customer service and trying to keep the customer base. This manager also needs some re-education on hood customer service.

2 Pizzas and wings order at approx 6:15 after 2 phone calls and two delivery attempts and it’s now 8:05 and the 3rd delivery just arrived we finally have our entire order. Pathetic that it takes 3 deliveries and an hour and 20 minutes. Manager could care less! Kids were starving and of course it was their pizza and wings not delivered each time. Will NEVER order from here again. They need a manger with some cuss service skills and cares when customers are not satisfied because of their mistakes.

I always ask for extra sauce, have never once got it, at least 10 times. Last pizza was more crust than toppings, cheese and sauce.. Going back to the Canton location even though it's twice as far..
