After ordering a group order. Went to pick up & was told they don’t have any of the ingredients to make it. We ordered wings & pizza. They canceled our ordered without letting us know. Service was very poor.

2/4/25 night shift. Whoever is cooking the pies tonight. They make them exactly how you ask. Ordered “extra greasy/well done pan pizza ” bottom crust was so crunchy, pizza tasted like Pizza Hut use to taste when we were kids. A++++++ thx bro.

Yoooooo this place is wild. I called to order pizza and wings, and the dude on the phone sounded like he just woke up from a 3 day nap. Zero energy, no vibe, straight monotone like I was ruining his day by calling. Anyway, I still pulled up, thinking maybe the food would make up for it. Spoiler……it didn’t. The pizza? Dry AF, cheese barely melted, and the crust was giving cardboard. The wings? Those were actually ok. $40 later I’m still hungry and sad. 10/10 would recommend if you’re tryna feel disappointed for fun.

My children took part in the Book It summer reading program, so I had multiple codes to use to claim their free individual one topping pizzas. I ordered over the phone and was surprised someone actually answered, as opposed to me getting redirected to a call center. Samantha was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. This location is on my way home and I was juggling my three hungry kids who I'd picked up from sleepovers and taken to doctors appointments. Traffic had me running behind and I was concerned I'd be late for a scheduled appointment at our house. With all this going on I made a mistake in my order and only realized once I got to the location. My pizzas were ready and I was happy to pay the difference for my error, but Samantha was very understanding (I didn't mention my hungry kids, their lack of sleep from the sleepovers or the doctors appointments) and told me not to worry about it as she could sense I was having "one of those days". I will certainly be back to this location in future, in part because the pizza was delicious but also because I was treated with such kindness.

Carry out or delivery only. The pizza was standard Pizza Hut pizza. It was a little slow getting done and had to wait about 10 minutes, but once we got it we enjoyed it.
I ordered online at Uber Eats and I didn't get the complete order and it was a different order, just pasta without a receipt.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 11:30PM online. Restaurant called me back a few minutes later and said that they did not have a driver and would have to use a door dash driver. Door dash driver went to restaurant and it was already closed when they got there. So I called restaurant and noone answered. Low and behold, I was charged for 2 pizzas I never received??????

Horrible service. Do not honor online coupons that ring up wrong. Cashier told me she doesn't know what happened online and basically it's not the store's issue if there is a problem. Asked to refund the order and now have to wait 24 hours for the original order to process before they can even attempt to refund. Cashier proceeded to call me rude all because they didn't know how to make up $1 for a coupon. Lost a customer for life and will be spreading the word about Pizza Hut and this location in particular.
