This was the worst experience by far I have had with the location on towne lake. I miss Vicky when she was there that store was taken care of..my pizzas were doughy and the breadsticks were almost like they had been reheated. I tried 3 times to call the store and got the customer service line all 3 times and they were not helpful.

First of all, It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the actual store and talk to someone. Last week, we ordered pizza for a scheduled delivery at 7. I didn't get the order until 7:45. Despite receiving a text that it was out for delivery, at 6:15. The store is 8 minutes from me. Today, I ordered a scheduled delivery, got it on time this time, but left out half my order. I'll be getting pizza somewhere else from now on...

Food was cold the driver sat across the street for 5 mins before he brought the food up. When I opened my door that's when he got out of the car. He took baby steps and stopped 4 times.
I placed an order for my crew at 10:14 pm for an 11pm delivery. 11pm came and went and no one showed up, called, knocked or anything. Needless to say that I never got our order.
