I placed an order for my crew at 10:14 pm for an 11pm delivery. 11pm came and went and no one showed up, called, knocked or anything. Needless to say that I never got our order. When I tried to call to locate our delivery, I got no answer on the phone or anything. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

This location NEVER follows through with Contactless Delivery requests, despite the fact that I always tip 20% or higher via card on the website. I request contactless because I work during the delivery and it makes my job very frustrating to juggle an in-person handoff.Fine pizza, annoyingly horrible customer service.

Never order extra sauce; you won't get it. Prices are several dollars higher than other local pizza huts, and the estimated delivery time is a joke. Expect it to be at least double the time, and delivered by doordash. I wish this location would close already so we could be absorbed into another delivery area
