We went to Prime 120 to celebrate a special birthday and the service, food, cocktails and ambience were impeccable! The tableside Caesar salad was a hit. My only critique is that they don't offer the baked alaska dessert anymore, and that is a shame because it was a showstopper.

The waiter was not attentive at all. Food came out cold and hard manager just got new food when we had already waited over two hours just to get our food when we made a reservation or seated didn't help comp anything after she saw the food. Just a simple apology and got new food while we're already lost our appetite. We are so hungry that we tried to eat what we could, but the food was so bad and hard and overcooked that we just wanted to go home  Was not busy at all and the server took over an hour just to refill our waters just to get food just to even check on us. We didn't even have a lot of alcoholic drinks and it still took forever. We didn't order a steak. It was brunch time and I don't feel that there was any value of us being there as customers at all.

We've been coming here since they initially opened. Noelle is our favorite server. She's the best (so is the rest of the staff). The best steakhouse outside the perimeter. Advice to management: The only real complaint that we have is there's no vegetables on the sides menu that are actually worth eating. Bring back the roasted cauliflower and balsamic brussel sprouts! Not everyone wants or can eat because of a dietary need a potato with their steak.

You all need to have more vegetarian/vegan options...a lot of the time when non-meat eaters are at your restaurant, it's due to the fact that who they are with wanted to get a steak, etc and that's fine. The problem is, there are hardly any options for non-meat eaters and you can't even have anything with butter for fear of it being veal-based. The service was outstanding and our waitress tried to help me the best way she could with picking choices of what I could eat. After last night's dinner, I will be making a point to stay out of steak restaurants from here on out. ...not being confrontational, but I'm sure I am not the only one being dragged to a meat-laden restaurant .... And finding one pasta dish that's available ...but still having to worry about the butter, cheese, etc.

We enjoy having dinner at Prime 120. The steaks are fantastic and the sides are amazing. They also have a nice selection of desserts plus an amazing bar.

Always great service and food. This is the second time I visited this week. Would love for them to bring cream spinach back or offer sautéed spinach. Aside from a salad, asparagus is the only vegetable offering.
We went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Steaks were perfectly cut and cooked and all the sides we exceptional. They even gave us a custom made anniversary card when we sat down.
