This is our favorite Woodstock restaurant. We went on a recent celebratory evening, and had great service from J.T.! Enjoyed calamari, their Italian pizza, London Broil, trout, and fish & chips. Great cocktails, especially the dirty martinis. And plenty of parking— hard to find this in Woodstock! A local treasure.
Salt Factory in downtown Woodstock has been one of those places I've kept coming back to over the years. It's a solid restaurant and bar, and I've known quite a few bartenders and servers there during the last five or so years. What really keeps it on my list, though, is Leigha behind the bar. We ordered the Louisiana egg rolls (amazing), and we both got the smokehouse burger with fries. The burger was fantastic! And they actually cooked the burgers how we wanted! The meat was delicious and it could easily stand alone without all the toppings, which is the sign of a great burger. My only note was thay the fries were VERY salty. Not sure if it was just...
