Love the bagels. Only place that gets Taylor ham egg and cheese right within earshot. But it’s always something with this business. They will run out of bagels before 9:30am Or they can’t figure out their credit card machine and it’s cash only, often. It’s just always something here and a straight up gamble, one we take more infrequently as a result.

I went today 2.6.25 around 1030am and ordered a toasted egg bagel, with cheese, and bacon and jelly. Before I added the bacon, I asked the lady did she have turkey bacon, she said no, I said okay that’s fine add bacon. I wait and get my sand which go to Starbucks and I was starving so I chummed down 1/2 and was like wait! What did I just eat?! I look at my sandwich and it was only bacon and jelly on there. I go back there and tell the lady with the gray long hair that this isn’t what I ordered and immediately she scrunched up her face like she was disturbed, yet she is the one who got my order wrong. I told them I ate half the sandwich and give them my bag. All they did was take the other half I had and add a half of egg and a cold piece of cheese. Like what?! I feel you should have replaced my sandwich. Poor customer service, I asked for my money back. Won’t be going back- I’m from NJ and it’s nothing like the NJ bagels or sandwiches & the food is super bland. Toasted bagels don’t seem like they’re toasted at all. Most people I take here, agree!

The employee locked the door as I pulled into the parking space right in front of them 20 minutes before closing. Another customer walked up to the door and found it was locked while I was writing this and thinking of where else to go. The employee at the counter did not acknowledge the customer at the door.

Other reviews suggest they have regular difficulty adhering to their advertised hours and others have also wasted their time driving here. It looks like they make good bagels, so if I decide to give them another shot and they’re open during their advertised hours, I’ll update the review to reflect the quality of the food. As I can only share my experience with the business itself, it’s a one star for me. If you don’t respect your customers’ time, don’t expect them to respect you.

Very family friendly atmosphere, if you’re looking for a breakfast place that you know you’ll love you won’t be disappointed here!

Unfortunately it seems like every time we go there is an issue. I love their bagels which is why we keep going back. The last time we went I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and they forgot to put the egg in it. The time before that, they charged my fiancés card $60 accidentally for $15 bill. I want to keep going but definitely make sure to check your order before you leave.

We love coming here in the mornings for a bagel and some coffee. Great food, nice slow atmosphere, and great prices. Our favorite local spot.

We were so excited to try this place but we’re highly disappointed in the food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. One of the most disgusting things we saw was the woman who was cashiering took one of our bagels and placed it on the dirty counter and then brought it to the back to toast and then a few bagels fell on the floor (not sure what she did with those). We will not be back. Nobody liked their food.

The bagels are great but my wife doesn’t want to go back anymore because she feels like every time she gets a take-out order and doesn’t tip the blonde woman behind the register on weekends treats her badly

I love this place. All house made bagels and so many different varieties to choose from. My go-to order is a toasted cheddar bagel with cheddar, bacon, and scallion cream cheese. The cream cheese is so soft with just the right amount of goodies in it. They have so many different types of cream cheese to choose from as well as adding bacon, eggs, taylor ham, and lox. They also offer sandwiches for lunchtime. They use boarshead meats and cheeses, which I love. The prices aren't outrageous either. They don't stay open too long, so if you're in the area, you should definitely try it out.

The lady "in charge of the front" that has been working there for "6 years" is extremely rude. The total she said to me compared to what showed on the screen was about a dollar different. All I did was inquire about the difference and she blasted me over asking about a couple cents. Then she said I was lucky they didn't charge me for a cup of water. I don't care about a couple cents difference, but her attitude was atrocious. As I was sitting with my son eating the food, she walks to the back and loudly starts trash talking our encounter with the employees.Overall - The food is meh. The atmosphere is a typical strip mall sit down. The service, well you just read that. I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes and get superior bagels and selection from Arts Bagels in Acworth.
