I work at a local business nearby and frequently stop here for morning coffee, but a recent experience with Sarah was highly unprofessional. After a small joke about mixology and asking who could make me the best cup of tea, her response was overly snarky (like a bad valley girl impersonation) and gave me an 'unneeded bad attitude.' I was aware that I do not look well today because I am under the weather and and had a rasp to my voice, hence the visit for a strong cup of tea. Perhaps she thinks I was drunk or on drugs. Actually I don't know why she targeted me in a nearly empty establishment. I was prepared to leave a $50 holiday tip for the entire crew, but because of her behavior and horrific lack of a sense of humor; I elected to give the entire amount to Rick. He went above and beyond to prepare the drink perfectly and salvaged what would have been a bridge-burning experience. I could have potentially fired back with some childish comment about her weight or horrible hairstyle but elected to reserve any retaliation due to maturity. While I may still want to visit for Rick’s service, Sarah's attitude is a major deterrent for me. I will now need to consider the new establishment across the street and hopes that they treat their customers a little bit better even if their jokes are corny or sound a little stupid. I'm a goofy guy and there's no way she can misconstrue that I was kidding for flirting or trying to be creepy in any way shape or form. Young, pudgy, and self-absorbed is not my type. Thank again Rick! By the way, I'm not hitting on you either sir. lol

I come here after work sometimes since I work at aqua breeze right next door. Every time I come here I'm met with amazing coffee and probably the fastest service ever. Its always clean and I hope everyone else that comes here is met with the same satisfaction.

Immature baristas. Check your cups, they like to toss them to each other before the drink is made. Oh! and if they mess up your drink, they’ll take a long time to remake it and make poor attempts at professionalism as you’re walking out.

Update*** being stingy with condiments after I've paid $12 + an optional 20% tip for eggbites and a venti chai is outrageous. The day I'm denied TWO measly packets of sauce to eat my egg bites with is the day you lose a loyal customer who didn't mind paying Starbucks' ridiculous prices for convenience. Good food.
