It was dead inside on a Saturday at 5pm. Extremely slow, both waiting inside and drive-thru. Starbucks menu is wonderful, this location is not best to achieve the great Starbucks experience.

This is my favorite go-to daily Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My order is always correct and made the way I like. This location has some of my favorite baristas around. I will say this specific store is incredibly busy. Putting in a mobile order prior to arriving helps this issue. The store is very clean and recently got a makeover. I would highly recommend this location. Perfect drinks and smiling faces. Honey soy flat white is my drink of choice and would give it five stars.
Very small seating area. All seating is along the wall opposite of the service counter on a 40-foot bench seat, with 6 tables along the bench. There is no way to sit face to face with anyone comfortably.

I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but every time I go it seems like things just get worse and worse. Every time I order, my order takes at least 15 minutes to be ready, even if it’s just one drink. I understand employees are busy, and typically i’m empathetic to this especially around the holiday season, but receiving the wrong drink and having the barista verbally acknowledge it and then decide not to fix it is just careless. my coffee was pure milk and syrup, and all of the employees in the restaurant are very inattentive to other customers. I watched a lady let an employee know that her drink was wrong, and the employee stopped, stared, and walked directly away from her. Coming to this location is not worth the already expensive nature of starbucks. Go to the kroger location right next to it.

I stopped by this location on 11.9.23 at approximately 5 pm. Walked in and NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE SPOKE! My daughter and I waited over 5 minutes before the EMPLOYEE walked up to take our order. She was rude to say the very least!! We asked if they had any Peppermint bark. She replied not if it is not on the counter!! We got our order and left without so much as a Thank you or have a nice day!!I am not sure when customer service became so bad but if I were the owner I would fire every single one of them and start over until they would at least greet the customers with welcome to Starbucks we will be with you in a moment!!Worst customer service EVER!!!
