I went there on Black Friday to order 2 frappes for my mother and I. As I was walking up I heard the black girl with eyeglasses say that she didn’t wish to be here and that she wanted to leave already to another worker nearby I tried to be friendly but she had a very exasperated look on her face and when I ordered the drinks I wanted to get a popcorn bag for my kid but I didn’t feel comfortable in doing so because when she had said my drink was ready I mentioned that it was missing the chocolate syrup and she turned around and gave me the most annoyed look and even started to clench her fist as she was talking to me. I didn’t bother getting the popcorn bag since I was so uncomfortable with the interaction and her attitude was pretty rude. I usually have no issues with this location and the drinks are always made good but for the first time I had a distasteful experience with this particular worker.

Worst customer experience! I ordered online for pick up. I get there and the order is not ready after waiting for about 10 minutes and realizing no one is preparing the order and the three employees there are not even looking my way o decided to go through the drive to get the attention of an employee. I get screamed at by the employee called CODY that I had to check in before . I barely could finish my senté e asking him to please give me order when he screams out again you were suppose to check in. Finally he decides to get my order bribg me the cold coffee and tells me they are wrapping up my order . Meaning you guys forgot to my order and are preparing it now. It was suppose to be ready at 1:08 and it was 1:22 by this time. I don’t mind the delay or even the forgetting my order part or even ignoring me. What I will kit tolerate is being mistreated or screamed out for any reason much less when it was their fault.Felt like I was in a government office I dare skip the line . It’s a Starbucks !! And I did not skip a line! Being a professional is important at any level and treating customers with respect should be of upmost important. If you are the manger please remind CODY it teach him before you allow him to serve your customer.

The girl with the glasses was just hanging out on the counter on her cell phone. My coffee was terrible. Had to ask for a refund. Do not go here! Will contact corporate about this location just saw reviews are bad in general.

The girls behind the counter are very rude. They are rolling their eyes if you want something. Especially red haired one.Don’t buy anything from here!
