If you want a hot coffee served cold that comes out of a pump, this is your place. A pump you ask? You know, the same type you see at a hospital cafeteria. How can this place even be called Starbucks. And don't try to get your money back, they won't do it. What a joke!

This is the worst coffee I’ve had from Starbucks! The girls behind the counter were terrible. I walked up and one girl is making drinks. Taking forever. Then she says I’ll be with you in a moment. Stopped what she was doing to take or make a call as she walked off to the bathroom. So I left to grab something. Came back and the girl was still making the couple’s drinks that were in front of me. Ordered my drink and it’s the worst drink I’ve ever drank!! Won’t be going back to that one. Way to slow and the girls aren’t friendly and made a terrible drink!!
Walked up to the counter today and the person working was on her phone and didn't bother to say a word or look up from her phone. When I finally said, "Hello", without looking up from her phone, she asked how she could help me. She didn't set her phone down the entire transaction until she had to make my drink.Only gave 2 stars because drink was good and she was at least kind enough to tell me to have a good day when she handed me my drink.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Last 4 times I've tried to order they haven't had what I wanted while other locations in the area have. Staff always seems bothered and disinterested.
