I used to need a 12-step program for my Starbucks addiction. But with the 15-20 minute drive thru, meh service, and $6 tea, I'm cured of my addiction. It's just not worth the effort anymore. Also, be nice to first responders.

This store is a disgrace. My sister went in for her birthday drink and they made her pay for it, even though the app clearly showed it was her birthday. Then a shift “manager” named Joy was extremely rude when my sister and my mom were trying to understand the situation. Joy made a horrible comment then hung up the phone. If you go to this Starbucks pray to the Lord you don’t come into contact with Joy.

I hate the fact that I have to go about 5 minutes down the street to another Starbucks when this one is closer to me because I know they’ll get it right. Every time - I mean EVERY TIME I come to this location there’s something wrong with my order. I order extra dragonfruit inclusions in my drink (that I’m sure I paid for), and it’s only 5 pieces in there. You swear it was coming out of the baristas check. The baristas at the 5-75 location are a bit nicer too!

This was my first visit here since they re opened last week after a total interiorremodeling. It looks great and the layout and seating are vastly improved. They even redid the outdoor seating area with new furniture and railings. Very nice and modern and well
I was provided great customer service from miss jessie today at 10:30am and she was the sweetest person from the drive thru to the door!!! We need more people like her because she definitely had me leave with a smile on my face!!! Thank you jessie!!!

My visit to the Starbucks in Woodstock, GA was generally positive. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was delicious. However, the wait time was longer than expected, which was a slight drawback. Despite that, I still recommend the location for its convenience and good service.

Customer service was terrible here. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I decided to go inside to order my drinks. Still took 25 mins. My son’s Frappuccino was made incorrectly. When I pointed it out I was met with anger and frustration from the barista. She insisted to try and explain to me what she had made was a vanilla bean. I tried to tell her that’s not what I ordered and we went back and forth until finally I had to ask for my drink to be made. My shaken espresso was supposed to be a grande with an extra shot half sweet. What I got was instead was essentially a cup sweetened of milk. Definitely missing the appropriate amount of shots. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks. Always order the same drinks. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. I didn’t not have the patience to continue to discuss my dissatisfaction with my order with the barista working here. The tone at which I was spoken too was very condescending. I just left frustrated. I understand that is was extremely busy but there were at least 5 people back there working. Management needs to address the inefficiency and also lack of customer service at this location. Lets do better and not argue with customers that are spending +$10 for their coffee.
