I absolutely love this starbucks and I’m here almost every day!! I love the employees and Maddie especially is so kind, helpful, and so funny every time! (She makes my drinks extremely well too) def recommend this starbucks! 💞

We usually just order cake pops for the kids. Which are just in the cooler behind the counter…
They could just give the kids their cake pops… but this morning we waited for 20 minutes as they made everyone’s coffee orders and online orders…
Couldn’t they just hand the kid the cake pop right then?

Service sucks! Got my order incorrect...I gave back the coffee...while correcting order offered the incorrect but then took back the order to pour down the sink in front of us...We didn't ask for it Miss...you gave us!

This place is absolutely a train-wreck more times than not. Whether it's the CC machine not working, no staff, etc. . I am currently in here and there are over 15 people standing around waiting for their orders on a Monday AM. Run a Starbucks or close the place. It's a disgrace to your brand. And whoever the 'owner' is or the 'Store Manager' . . . you need to be here 16 hours a day until it's fixed. Complete non-sense!!!

I've been to so many Starbucks locations, and I really enjoyed our visit to the Adair Park location. The store manager, Emily, made us feel very welcome and was very understanding about my tree nut allergy. She made sure to tell the barista that made my iced latte about my allergy and how to avoid cross-contamination. The barista was just as friendly as Emily. I felt welcome there. There are so many Starbucks locations that make me feel unwelcome or like I'm an inconvenience when I mention my allergy. That didn't happen here. We sat outside on the patio with our friends. There was plenty of seating for all of us, and it wasn't noisy. We could hear each other. We will definitely be back.

Good coffee and friendly staff. However, the outdoor area really needs attention. Every time I come to sit on the patio or in the plaza, there’s Starbucks trash left behind- cups, napkins, straw wrappers- and coffee stains all over the tables. It’s disappointing because it takes away from the relaxing experience I’m looking for. A little more effort in keeping the outside area clean would go a long way in making this location feel as welcoming as the inside

The atmosphere is the best Starbucks I have experienced, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If not for the A/C being so cold, this would be my ultimate choice for my go-to Starbucks. People were coming in with jackets and coats on a warm afternoon as if they knew it was going to be COLD 🥶 inside. I really wish the temperature was more comfortable so I could catch my internet and coolest coffee drink fix regularly in such an awesome atmosphere. My nose was literally so cold it was hurting...yikes! I will definitely try again before giving up!!!
