I used to like this subway but now there’s only ever 1 very slow employee very poor service not going back until they change their employees. Last time I was there I had a very slow employee that was complaining about her job to the manager the whole time I was ordering barely speaking to me. Today I went back again and it was extremely slow and there was a line and she did not care about the fact that people are leaving work to come grab food quickly so I left and ate somewhere else. Whoever is running is loosing money due to poor management.

This is my favorite store. Each customer is greeted with a warm welcome. I am treated as though I am a special customer, but I really know each customer is treated specially. My food is prepared with care. I always know I will not be disappointed. Due to these factors, I visit Subway more often than I normally would. Great Job!

Today finally pushed me over the edge to leave a review of this Subway. Had a busy day and ordered Subway. Got a Philly Cheesesteak and chose not to have the bread toasted. They prepared it cold. Did not heat the meat at all. Who in the world has ever ordered a cold Philly???
Outside of this the sandwiches are generally low quality and gristly and the bread is frequently stale if you order later in the day. They always make the sandwiches loaded with so much sauce they are extremely messy.
Subway used to be good. What happpened?

Went to this location this evening and it was drive thru only. I ordered a BLT add honey mustard and black pepper, and a tuna salad. Got home to find the BLT was ONLY bacon and bread, not a BLT! Phone is disconnected so I don’t know who or how to complain. I want my money back (trans no. 363490)

The young guy working on 11/9/2024 in the morning was so sweet and made my grandmas day. He was quick and friendly. My grandma said this was the best sub she’s had. He deserves all the praise with him being my himself and it being busy.

Employee dirty shoes in Lobby.One of employees talking all over people food and seemed so angry.But these bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in months…Told staff,he said he knew they wasn’t getting clean and he’ll clean them up later…

Sandwiches were good. Asked for foot long pretzels and they only had one. Should have skipped it as when we got home (5 minutes away) it turned out to be stale. Why spend money on TV advertising if you are not going to stock the items advertised? Cashier could not make change as he did not have small bills in the register.

In Multiple Occasions Our Sandwich Were Not Right, Nor Chips Were Delivered.We Have Tried Calling Numerous Amount Of Times.This Location Won’t Answer Calls & Mailbox Is Full.I Would Highly Suggest Not Ordering/Delivering From This Location Again.
