In Multiple Occasions Our Sandwich Were Not Right, Nor Chips Were Delivered.We Have Tried Calling Numerous Amount Of Times.This Location Won’t Answer Calls & Mailbox Is Full.I Would Highly Suggest Not Ordering/Delivering From This Location Again.

The place looks great after its renovation. They also have a new manager. Today I stopped by with my family and Emily and Catherine were so nice. The place was clean. Nicely Decorated for Christmas, and excellent service. Completely turned around from a couple months ago.

Walked in a little before 9:30 only to be told “the open sign is turned off” and have the girl walk away. How is your door still open and your sign says you close at 10 but you don’t want to do your job over 30 minutes before closing.

Stopped going to this location two years ago for the same reasons. Started back 4 weeks ago going twice a week and everything was good great until yesterday. Ordered 5 online sandwiches and all 5 were wrong and one had a nice long black hair in it.DONE!!!

This was the first time I think I've ever been told they could not make a sandwich the way I wanted it. I normally get a capicola and cheese with toppings, today I was forced to add an additional meat item due to the reason of not selling the capicola by itself on a sandwich.

There used to be some super cool people working here, but I guess I keep missing them.I have ordered delivery from this Subway, it never came. I had to pick it up while I was sick.The last 6 orders I've made have been wrong. It's missing toppings, has the wrong toppings entirely, or just isn't my order.I ordered curbside pickup since delivery has been unreliable and the pickup spot is directly in front of the windows. I arrived about 5-7 minutes after the app alerted the subs were ready and I put in "I'm here" on the app.I waited and they never brought it out to me, I went in and they were surprised that I was the person for pickup. Despite the fact that the app has your name, vehicle type, color, and only 1 parking spot for pickup.The worst part? Most of this could be solved by a call into the store and informing them my order is wrong, etc.But their PHONES DON'T WORK. It just gives an error message saying the phone number isn't in service.Seriously, the service here is so awful unless you're watching them in the store, your order will likely be wrong and they won't do anything about it.

I’m allergic to steak the worker who is here at this time 3:05 pm on a Tuesday afternoon! The tuna and steak is mixed I asked him if there was any fresh tuna in the back he said no and mixed the steak with the tuna! What a sue case! He wasn’t in the front he came out he didn’t even greet me like he was happy I was about to make business! I LOVE THE GIRL WHO OPENS SHE MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE! And would’ve fetch some fresh tuna in a heartbeat! I won’t be going back there! Just ridiculous
