Crappy service the male that has black hair with headphones in working night shift on October 14th at 8:35pm, was very rude I came in for a mobile order one of my sandwiches is a flatbread sandwich and as someone who has worked for subway in the past I know it’s supposed to be toasted, I explained this to him nicely and he gave me attitude and decided just to toast the sandwich with all the toppings on it without asking me if I wanted my veggies toasted which is also a no no. This guy clearly either needs to go or be retrained with customer service and sandwich making I’m disappointed and I will be going to corporate and demanding a refund because this is unacceptable how I was treated and the food I wanted so bad is now ruined .

Loved it as always. Subway is among my favorite places to eat. The only reason I don't come more often is the price.I wish we could get "healthy sandwiches" at more affordable prices.My son and I ate here, 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, 2 drinks and a shared desert... plus tip... for $40. That's $20 a person. I could do this only when I have gift cards, as I can't afford it on my regular budget.I typically look for places to eat at around $5 a person or less, which is never a healthy option! So outings like this is a special treat.

This is my second time at this location in roughly a month. I have had a great sub each time. Meats and veggies were plentiful. I had tuna once and then pictured was just a salami and shredded jack cheese, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, banana pepper, lettuce, mayo, chipotle, oil and vinegar. The Italian bread was soft and baked perfect. The lady was prompt and greeted me with a smile. I was in and out under five minutes. Will return.

Only making this review because for maybe the 5th time at this location they make sandwiches according to however they feel like it my boyfriend ordered a tuna sub with light veggies he received a full veggie sub with a very thin spread of tuna the last time he had no tuna at all just veggies its very simple to get a job that better suits you if your unhappy with the one you have

I haven’t been to subway in years. I was really craving a sub and decided to stop by. I want to give this place ZERO stars if I could. I came into today for a Turkey, bacon, and Salami footlong on Italian herb and cheese bread. Nothing fancy. Veggies were lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, onions, and spinach with Mayo and sweet onion sauce…which tasted like teriyaki sauce. About half way through my meal at home I felt really off and sick. I have spent the past three hours in the bathroom throwing up and being ill. Do not come here. The meat & sauces tasted off. Beware!!!

Visited the Towne Lake -Woodstock GA Location 2/16/23- I Placed 2 separate orders online for my office. Orders we placed online for pick up at 1030am. When I got there at 1030am Paulette was the only employee there. She said she was working by herself and the orders were not ready. I asked in the 3 footlong sandwiched could be cut in half and individually wrapped. She said "very rudely" yes she could read the order. I advised that it was not on the order. She said in a rude and short tone I heard you. Just very rude and condescending. There were 2 other customers there as well when I was there and one even commented she needs some Happy in her life. It was like she thought her customers were a bother. Not a great atmosphere for customers at all. They also do not answer the phones as I called the store directly to speak to a manager . Always get a busy signal when trying to call. Please have the owner of this location call me directly.
