We go to this subway a lot, but recently they have been doing absolutely horrible on mobile orders. I worked at a subway in my high school years so I know that any steak, bacon, or chicken is to be heated in the microwave even if the sandwich is not toasted unless told over wise. I always put a note to heat my chicken up after the first time it was not heated. They have not been reading the notes and it is very upsetting since I always give them a tip. Management needs to do better in teaching the employees the right ways to do things.

I don’t recommend this place. My sub was not toasted.
The lady employee picked up pickles and was eating them out the thing.
While picking up I smelled something burning and it got worse. There was a cookie burning somewhere.
They didn’t bother to air it out or anything. It was so bad my jacket smelled like a burned cookie when I got home.
The manager I think came in and looked confused as well.

Online order for pickup: Turkey sandwich on ghost pepper bread. Bread was fresh but not spicy FYI. My pepper jack cheese was substituted for that gooey sandwich slice stuff. No black pepper like I requested. My main complaint here is that I got absolutely no meat. I should have ordered a veggie sandwich at this point. I was not aware of the BOGO deal before I ordered. Maybe this is how they are making BOGO possible?

Ordered footlong tuna, barely any tuna on the sandwhich and it taste disgusting like it’s old. Ordered today. Very disappointing would not recommend this place. Look at my lettuce sandwich they gave me.

This place was kind of going down hill but a new manager took over this month in july 2024 and i gotta say she has flipped this store around. She is fast the store is so much cleaner and the food is phenomenal. Not to mention she has the absolute best customer service of any subway ive ever been. Thanks so much trisha for such a wonderful experience. Me and my family WILL BE BACK!!???

WARNING !!!! Ordered a 12” chicken bacon ranch flatbread today,, couldn’t see the girl making it because of the new metal meat cover, after she removed it from the toaster oven I saw that she had made the sandwich long ways so I basically had 4” of meat and cheese on one side then she put lettuce and toppings on the other side, I told her she had made it the wrong way and she said the owner had changed the procedure and she was not allowed to make it the correct way, my granddaughter got a 6” salami flatbread and she made it the same way, it had 2 small pieces of salami !!!!

Girl behind the counter was rude, also asked for the sandwich to be toasted and it wasn't toasted long enough. Pieces of chicken were still cold.

Came in the chick at the counter said absolutely nothing at all to us until I looked at her to see if she was even giving me eye contact. Then she said they ran out of mayonnaise and that's all that they had and I'm just gonna have to take it.... Her hair was all over the place. She kept her gloves on after touching the register...not coming back. She was very rude for no reason...thanks for the bread and lettuce sandwich....
