I love tacobell don't get me wrong but the encounter I just had with this older lady was ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and when you go to the drive-through and they read it back to you it should be exactly what you placed on the mobile order while I get to the window and she's trying to hand me the wrong drink so I politely say I don't think this is my drink. I had a freeze she tells me I can keep the wrong drink and that she'll make me the right one. I was like OK that's totally fine thank you well then when she makes me with my right drink, she tries to scold me telling me next time I need to order the freeze. I show her my screen and say I did order the freeze. She tells me that what I ordered on my phone is not what she sees on there and that on my phone it's right, but on her screen, it's not even though it was confirmed at the drive-through I tried to explain to her that I don't think she's looking at the right thing and she slams the window at me and tells me that it's all fine. I really don't think that was very professional. I still love Taco Bell and Will come back for the food, but maybe that woman needs to learn some customer service skills

I got off work at 10pm tonight. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru line. That was around 10:23. I didn't leave taco bell until 10:51. They need help

Unfortunately had a AWFUL. experience today. This guy who started working recently taking very rudely, rushing me through my order and then when I get to the window and after I pay, telling me items aren’t available and what can he swap them out for. I had to ask again for my drinks, and he didn’t put any of my sauces in my bag. Very sad experience from a restaurant i used to think I could count on for never letting me down… :(
