I got off work at 10pm tonight. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru line. That was around 10:23. I didn't leave taco bell until 10:51. They need help

Unfortunately had a AWFUL. experience today. This guy who started working recently taking very rudely, rushing me through my order and then when I get to the window and after I pay, telling me items aren’t available and what can he swap them out for. I had to ask again for my drinks, and he didn’t put any of my sauces in my bag. Very sad experience from a restaurant i used to think I could count on for never letting me down… :(

I went to the drive-thru and ordered three hard tacos, I went to the parking lot next to the restaurant so I could eat my meal. I open the bag, grab a taco to open up the wrapper to put on sauce and see a few gnats fly out of it. First Taco had roughly three or four the second taco I only saw one fly out. It really is absolutely disgusting and no I don't want to go back and ask for a refund or for another meal. Just be aware to double-check your food. This is bringing the word organic to a whole other level.

I dunno yall but this time when I went tonight before close it was stellar service. I always need more time at the menu and the guy was courteous and patient. I ordered burritos, regular tacos and a chalupa. I asked if i wanted sauce and I was asked if I wanted my receipt. They had it ready to go so fast I could barely put my card away before they were handing me my food! I was so impressed since a couple weeks ago I went to another location that had me waiting, I am not kidding at least 25+ mins in the drive through. Service sucked. Its just like night and day difference with this specific location. I was hungry and inpatient and they delivered. The guy Christian was great in the drive thru. I'm kind shocked honestly. It reminded me of how Taco bell used to be 10 or 15 years ago... I think it may have been just luck depending on who you get or they have changed things around and are really working on their customer service. He asked me to take the survey and I'm not even annoyed at that since he deserves the recognition!
