They keep rolling their burritos the wrong way. It'll be little pockets of each filling in a row. Tortillas are often tough and chewy, and they regularly forget details about orders. I always get at least one item that's just a little off from what i ordered, like a taco that was supposed to be supreme, but wasn't. Tables are often dirty, but floors and counters seem clean. Bathrooms clean. Employees are nice.

I couldn't understand the person taking my order. Also, my cantina chicken burrito was super spicy. I order this item every time I go and it's never been spicy.

Imagine caring about your drive times over your customer service. Well, Woodstock Taco Bell is just that place. Every person in line was asked to pull around the building to the double doors which present with 3-4 parking slots right at the doors with 2 handicap slots next to them. When you ask everyone in line to pull around you end up with a completely full parking lot with non handicap cars parking in the handicap slots. After waiting 15min for 3 regular hard shell tacos I was greeted with a bag of no sauces and 1 free taco coupon. I fully should’ve received 3 free taco coupons for that terrible wait for the easiest thing on the menu. Not to mention, the drive thru workers delivering the food to vehicles at night alone to note, had no idea what order belonged to what car. This is a common occurrence that needs to be addressed.

As much as I love Taco Bell, this one is not it. Got all the way home to realize my food was wrong. I know rookie mistake not checking before you leave but when I get back and tell them it was wrong they tried to tell me that I put the order in wrong (mind you I ordered in drive through). After saying I ordered with them they wanted me to pay for their mistake? After telling them it was already a inconvenience for me to come back they took my nachos that I already had and just added what was missing on top and gave them right back to me. So now I’m having to eat soggy nachos instead of a fresh order of what I originally wanted. Not cool Taco Bell.

(Townelake Taco Bell) 😀Alice delivered the best customer service I’ve ever had in a drive thru! She repeated my order to me and it was long, she was patient and very kind, she knew what she was doing. She offered my receipt which I appreciated so much. No one offers a receipt anymore!

I havent been here in a while to see how the food was the counter was greasy the touch screen was broke i asked for some changes and came home and cut into my food looked like baby food i use to work in food service and know what something looks like and it was cold to the touch also i have a disabilty and they did not have disabilty access on the screen it took longer to put in the order than make it plus the sauce and drink station was flooded but thats my 2 cents the del taco on 92 still has the best stuff along with the chick felet down the street in towne lake

They are understaffed, so the wait is long. The drive-through is prioritized over dine-in orders, with cars moving steadily while a long line of people inside waited for their food.

Also they don't serve regular chicken quesadillas. You have to order a cheese quesadilla and add-on chicken. Which cost more than a regular chicken quesadilla. The tea also had a very strange wang to it. Do not drink.

I have been here maybe four times and first time they screwed up my order and today they put lettuce on my box of tacos after I told her twice she was extremely rude shaking her head rolling her eyes over her mistake customer always right horrible experience especially when I pay so much anyway except management to make it right

Hahahahahaha just pulled up and asked if they were serving breakfast and the grouch behind the mic just throws back a “uh no we haven’t served breakfast here all year” and then glared at me as I drove away. Sorry I just moved to the area? And your website says you have breakfast? Get a grip.
