I tried to grab lunch at 10:15 this morning And I was told through the drive-through that the girl was waiting for her manager because he was stuck in traffic and she couldn’t take any orders. They open at 9 AM So I asked how much longer and she said she didn’t know but to just come back so I waited 20 minutes, ran some errands and came back and The manager still wasn’t there an hour and a half after opening. I had placed my order through the app and paid so all I really needed was for them to make my food and hand it to me, but she said she couldn’t do that. I had to cancel my order through the app And find somewhere else to eat.

Everytime i go to a Taco Bell it is the same experience. Look at their commercials and then look at the amount of meat they put on a taco, ridiculous. This needs to be called out as FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.

Vegetarian options: I felt like the cost significantly increased over a couple of months ago.
Beans were tasteless, tomatos did not taste fresh.

This is the best Taco Bell in my area. The other one, on Hwy 92, is a Taco Bell/KFC combo and there are common TB menu items that you can't even get there, such as chalupas.
Over the course of several months, since I moved back to the area, my orders here have been accurate and timely.
The food quality is on par with other TB locations. You can't praise it much more than that -- it's Taco Bell, for crying out loud.

Spencer the manager was yelling at employees, didn’t address anyone at the front and is yelling across the store to customers to let them know their order is ready. Service was fairly quick but manager could use some coaching.

This place needs to reconsider their staff. It’s not okay for you to wait 30 min for your food when it says it will be ready in the app in 10 min. Once you’re inside they ignore you and pretend you don’t exist. Terrible service!

So I ordered dinner for my family tonight and it was the absolute worst. It was $40 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids. I get that prices go up, but that can’t go hand in hand with the quality going down. So obviously the Mexican pizza looked like crap and there was a long hair in it. I would look elsewhere for quality Mexican food. You can go to El ranchero down the street and get served, free chips, better food for much less than this. Considering that these workers are now getting paid 15-18 /hr makes it exponentially more ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location.

Every time you come here, you believe there’s no way it could get worse. So you come back, and they manage to find a new low. You might even swear they hire based on resentment and incompetence, evident from the first moment a voice comes over the speaker. The best part is nobody in management or ownership cares at all, your complaints will be happily ignored. Shutter this dump.

Wish I could leave zero stars. We went to pick up late night dinner. Our food was terrible, service was terrible, the floors behind the counter was terrible (Trash everywhere). We were missing so much stuff out of our food, we were missing some of our food/drinks. We ordered 6 create your own boxes and our food was not in boxes like advertised and it was a big mess trying to figure out what was what. Our food barely had any meat in it. We had to wait for the food for awhile. The staff looked really annoyed to serve us. They wrote what was supposed to not have something on the wrapper. They mixed that up. The crunchwrap that said "no tomatoes" on the wrapper actually had tomatoes. We couldn't read what they said.

I hope someone from corporate reads these reviews, because this place is in serious need of management. Line of people just waiting to talk to someone. They brought in kiosks to help streamline the order process, and after the order is submitted, it takes up to 20 minutes to get your food. Getting someone’s attention at the counter is almost impossible unless you start screaming. Ideally, acknowledge the people waiting and reassure them the order is being processed. A sign would accomplish this easily with timestamps, and the manager should be monitoring at all times to make sure everyone is being addressed. I have been at the counter writing this review for over 10 minutes and still no one has approached me to ask who I am and reassurance. I do have a simpler fix, I’ll just stop coming here and hopefully can prevent someone else from getting bamboozled into waiting here.

Went in and ordered dinner to go. The food was quick, but I did not receive my drink. I went to the counter to ask for my cup and was ignored for 5 minutes before an employee returned to the floor from the restroom. He had his headset on while in the bathroom and did not wash his hands when returning on the floor. After he also ignored me for a minute he asked what I was waiting on. When I told him I just needed a cup, he went to ask all the other employees to make sure I hadn’t already received one. After finally agreeing to hand me a cup, he handed it to me with his fingers INSIDE the cup. I asked for a different one and he rolled his eyes and reluctantly traded it for a new cup. The scary thing is this person was the manager on duty. Be careful visiting this location folks.
