Horrible service I waited over 30 min and then I left, at first she kept saying one moment and after 15 min I kept talking and no one was even answering. I get it it’s late it’s 1:20 but they don’t close until 3 I left at 1:50 like I should’ve been home by that time. I had just gotten off work and forgotten to eat something and one of the only places open you can’t get food like that’s ridiculous. They need way better people

I tried to grab lunch at 10:15 this morning And I was told through the drive-through that the girl was waiting for her manager because he was stuck in traffic and she couldn’t take any orders. They open at 9 AM So I asked how much longer and she said she didn’t know but to just come back so I waited 20 minutes, ran some errands and came back and The manager still wasn’t there an hour and a half after opening. I had placed my order through the app and paid so all I really needed was for them to make my food and hand it to me, but she said she couldn’t do that. I had to cancel my order through the app And find somewhere else to eat.

Everytime i go to a Taco Bell it is the same experience. Look at their commercials and then look at the amount of meat they put on a taco, ridiculous. This needs to be called out as FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.
