For the past couple months, I have been here and just recently have been getting sick after drinking their green tea, myself and a couple friends have been both experiencing this. We are not sure if it’s from a lack of cleaning there filters or what. Never have been disappointed with the drinks to till lately. Very disappointed, after spending almost 8 dollars each time to becoming sick.

They charge an extra 75 cents for tapioca pearls and they give you 10 pearls. It is not included in their $5.99 price.AND the worst part? When you don’t want ice they fill it LOW due it’s current POLICY per their employee.I have been going there for years, but will not visit again.

Black bubble tea made with a tiny tea then added sink water then added powder cream then added milk from a jar. If I want to drink cream milk, I would just get it from the grocery store...

Stopped by Tea Time for my weekend treat today (Saturday) around noon and asked for a Honey Milk Tea with 25% of the sugar and no bobas and it is PERFECT. Thank you for making today special <3

Benn here before and have been happy same order I always have done. For $15 for 2 drinks I expect to enjoy it!. Asked for half sweet in both teas. Daughters was good but mine tasted like pure sugar ewww. Went to counter to ask for new and they were unwilling to do anything about it but add water to it!?!?. Did not offer to make another or refund. Sadly will not be back.

The actual tea is fine, the boba tastes bad to me, however. It is not chewy and jelly-like, how it usually is, more crumbly and textured. The service was fine, the employees were nice, no problem with them! I think what got me was there was a group of kids in front of me hanging out there and one of them grabbed my drink (we ordered the same flavor), however I don't remember if the employee called out the wrong names or if the person who grabbed my drink just didn't hear correctly. It was an awkward situation, so I probably won't be back.

Awesome bubble tea, lots of flavors, they're good for combinations, great staff. Love coming here for a treat. Definitely go in and grab a half pina colda, half mango slushy with 100% ice 100% sugar and passion fruit poppings. Tip them well!

Live this place. The boba drinks are always good. Check this place out. It's a little tucked out of the way, but worth it.

Let me preface this by saying I don’t think I’ve ever asked for a refund on food/drink in my entire life until this experience. Today, I had both the worst bubble tea (hard, undercooked boba and overly sweet tea even at 75%. I almost spit it out because I was worried it was unsafe to drink and I did feel rather queasy for a few hours afterwards so maybe I shouldn’t have swallowed that sip) AND the worst customer service experience. After I tried my drink, I called and told them their boba was undercooked and the employee told me that was impossible. They had apparently cooked the boba according to the package instructions earlier that day. I told him the texture was off and it tasted bad. He told me that was impossible and the texture was fine. I argued it wasn’t and asked for a refund. He told me they don’t offer refunds. I said I’d bring the drink back and he said it wouldn’t matter because they don’t issue refunds at all. So, I told him I’d discuss this with him in person. I walked back in and put the completely full drinks on the counter and asked for a refund because the boba was undercooked. He once again argued that it was fine. I asked him what the texture of the boba should be and he said “chewy” and I told him the boba was hard. He said it wasn’t. We went back and forth about this and then I finally asked if he had tried it himself. He said no! I insisted he needed to try it if he was going to argue that it wasn’t undercooked and the texture was okay. He told me “no” several times that he didn’t want to taste the boba (odd?). He finally did taste the boba and he still insisted the boba was chewy. I looked at him and said “Are you sure?” and told him he should call his manager. He told me the manager would be out of town for a month but eventually got him on the phone. They did issue a refund. I do not understand this employees insistence on wasting everyone’s time and attempting to deny me a refund that took thirty seconds to accomplish. Overall, I’m very disappointed with everything that transpired and won’t be returning.

Been here many times, great boba! They also have cool extra things to buy likes boba plushies, keychains, sodas, and a bag of boba so you can make it yourself at home! They make your drink very quickly, and the quality is great! Would recommend.
