The wings came in with barely any sauce, the tenders were dry, and the sandwich looked like a child put it together. The fries were kinda edible if you like soggy fries. Oh and my combo only came with fries.

Update 8/1 - After the restaurant responded saying they changed their recipe back, I decided to try again. Low and behold they did NOT change the recipe back and it's still the terrible breading that everyone in the reviews hate. Lowering my review to one star since they blatantly lied. So sad. By hot chicken!
Original review: Came to the reviews because I knew everyone would be saying the same thing. This place used to be great, but the change to the breading has ruined it completely. Many people will not return for this new style, and I certainly see no reason to come back anymore.
Your business is suffering from this, hopefully you resolve it soon, otherwise, it was nice knowing you guys.

I used to love this place and tried to eat here at least once a month and I live over 20 minutes away. I’m not sure what changed here but the chicken is no longer the same. The flavor and crunchy breading are no longer as good. The tenders also taste like Cisco foods gas station chicken tenders. The fries and ranch are still good but the main staple here which was the hot chicken is no longer being made.

They no longer bread the chicken with corn flakes!!! Why??? Why would they eliminate the best part??? Also, no more waffles, no more chicken cups, no more fried twinkies. This was my #1 chicken place. SO disappointed. Probably won’t come back.

Not sure if this place got new owners or what happened but the chicken is no longer super crusted and delicious, they removed items from the menu, and it got way more expensive and overall I am sad because I loved this place!!

The misses and I dined in here the service, the food, and the atmosphere was incredible. She got the 2 finger plate and I got the 3 finger plate. Hot flavor was absolutely delicious. The extra “comeback sauce” hit the spot with those tenders.

The chicken was overcooked and dry. I ordered the hottest sauce and it wasn't hot at all. The Costco French fries were undercooked and soggy.

Loved the chicken! Very hot and crunchy when first served. The fries were also very crunchy, and satisfying to bite into. The sauce with the chicken made the chicken 10x better. The spiciness is also pretty tame, for people who are used to it. Nothing too insane. Also, thanks to the guys who lended me an extra tender for being the last person to order! One thing, it's best to eat the chicken when it's hot. Because after a while, from what I've seen and heard, it does get cold and chewy. Overall very fulfilling!
