As a Marine corps veteran I was treated so well. Shelly is so sweet to me and appreciates what I went through protecting the USA!

My husband, me and my service dog (I am a 100% disabled Veteran) just tried to go there tonight (04-25-2024) for Karaoke. We walked in the door and were told we can not have a dog in there. I told them it is a service dog and they said it doesn't matter because they serve food and it's a health issue! I told her it is a federal law that I be allowed to have my dog and she said no I can't let your dog in the music gets loud and we get alot of people. We left, I put my dog in the car and went back in to get information as to who owns the business, which the bartender didn't know. I explained to her again that she violated federal law and she stated she didn't because they aren't open to the public!? Um, it's a bar and grill with open doors in a shopping center. I said it is public business because I didn't need to be a member or buzz to get in!She then stated they aren't considered a public business because you have to be 21 and over to enter! We'll, uh thats how most bars are lol ..In the 7 years of having a service dog this is the 1st place I have ever been denied access! I travel frequently and have never been met with such negative interaction by a business! This business has no regard for laws that protect those with disabilities. Needless to say I will never step foot in the place again!

My wife and I went there on 4/25/2024 to sing some karaoke. My wife is a 100% disabled veteran and has a service animal, which is Federaly protected under the American Disabiliy Act. The service animal was denied entry. Even after we explained the law to the bartender, she refused entry of the service animal. Please do not frequent this establishment. Please stand with our veterans and all disabled people who have a need for and a right to a service animal.

Libby only serves part time, but made an excellent first impression of the place. Will be back solely based on the level service she provided.Atmosphere is cool, but could use a playlist update. (Staying away from new age "rap" and tailoring to the demographic that frequents. 2010's era would be perfect.) Overall, excellent experience and will be back.

Grabbed a quick drink with my nephew. Had a Blue cocktail and it was really good. I had to ask the bartender for fruit in it but other than that the drink was awesome. They have little ding-ding machines in there but that was so the entertainment I saw.

Just be careful here and pay cash per drink would be my best advice. Gets wild on weekends being the only "nightclub" in Towne Lake. Easy to get over charged drinks. Fun dance-floor and DJ but they can do better. Pool tables are so-so [coin slot]. I just drive maybe 6 miles further to reach better bars that don't have a reputation of jacking up credit cards with excessive drinks. I overheard people talking about a bar that did that and I asked, "Which bar is that?"And you guessed it, "The Place."

Walked in on weeknight for the first time figuring I would grab a burger and a few beers, nope. Walked right out. This place has an awful cigarette smell and, sure enough, there were folks smoking at the bar. What is this, a 1980s bowling alley?

If we could give a zero WE WOULD!!! We got kicked out for DANCING? When we said we would abide by the no dancing rule, we were still ushered out. The staff was SO RUDE to us when we abided by every rule and yet, they still wanted no business from our group. Will never go back, and I am very disappointed by all of the staff. Please do not go here.

My "Cheers".
My wife got punched and they asked the other girl to leave and then my wife to leave and got aggressive with me as well… too many dangerous situations at this place. Avoid!!!! Somebody got stabbed here not too long ago. It’s not safe here. We’ve been going here for a while and it’s only gotten worse.
