As a couple who are of color, when we entered the restaurant, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were waiting for a table and wanted to wait by the bar but they refused to put chairs by the bar to sit down and drink. So we went across the street to wait, which was a much warmer and friendlier.There was no bread being served while waiting for food. I had to ask for bread. Then the waitress made a big deal about trying to get me to skip bread since I’m ordering pizza anyways and apparently it takes the same amount of time to prepare house bread.We would have ordered more food (wanted to try the veal ) if they made us feel more welcome. We ended up going to another restaurant as soon as we finished our pizza and sausage.The pizza barely had any cheese on it. I am from NYC so I’m used to better quality Italian food. This is nowhere near anything what I’m used to at the amazing NYC Italian restaurants of NYC. .. both food and atmosphere wiseHowever, when we go to the amphitheater for live music in the summer, Vingenzos sells drinks outside and I always love that service.

Service is so terrible we will never go back! We had an early reservation and were the only people in the restaurant. The servers hung out at the hostess stand and ignored us. The food was decent but overpriced. Drinks were half full in tiny glasses. Just a horrible experience compared to Ipp’s right across the street.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Chef Bologna is amazing! I don't post reviews that often -- only for exceptional food...and this delivered. Two in our party are gluten free and had the BEST pizza they have ever had...ever. My husband had the pork shank that was outstanding! OMG! Fell off the bone and had amazing flavors. I had the Fettuccine Pomodoro & Ricotta which was equally fantastic. Will definitely come back again, and again, and again!!

Stopped by because the wife wanted to try the place based on the menu appearing to be authentic. There were 2 parties in the entire restaurant. They clearly didn't want our business as the Hostess looked us up and down, told us it would be 45 minutes, probably longer, but at minimum a 45 minute wait. Hoping this was just a lack of servers/staffing issue and not turning us away for different reasons. My pregnant wife opted not to wait and she made cannelloni at home instead. Worked for me because i got a great meal and the wife tends to over tip anyway. That said, she probably would have waited if the hostess had been a little more welcoming about it. Definitely missed out on a guanteed $100 tip and repeat business as we recently moved just minutes away
