Alyssa was great...! Very genuine and kind. Very customer service oriented..! The entire crew that night was great. I enjoyed my meal very much. Food was cooked perfectly..! And this was late in the evening...!. I'm looking forward to another visit..!

I unfortunately did not have the pleasure of leaving a review based on service or food. This is about policy. I was only allowed to sit at the bar seat near grill as a lone diner. I waited 25 mins for something to open to be told I was ALLOWED to sit at a booth as a single diner. I would strongly suggest reviewing this policy

I went to this Waffle House at 1:40pm today. I was greeted by a friendly staffer who told me to give them a minute and they would be right with me. The cook greeted me fine. I was not dining in, I was going to order and get my food to go. I waited to near the cash register and no other person said anything to me. The same lady who greeted me reminded her coworker that I was waiting. The coworker did not acknowledge me. She did not say a word to me. She pretended like I was invisible. I am 5’9 black woman so I know she saw me because I had seen her smoking outside before I went in. I didn’t say a word as I was waiting for someone to take my order. There were at least 6 people working other than the cook and that one lady, no one said anything to me. I never got to order. I walked out and cried seeing how I was treated. I am not sure what the issue was but it was not busy…

My little sister came to visit from California and she’s never had Waffle House before. Customer service definitely gave the southern hospitality feels and my sister, as picky an eater she is, enjoyed everything on her plate! Thanks for the delicious food and amazing customer service!

New to the area. My hashbrowns were soggy, and I didn't get the cheese on my eggs. I was the only customer, so I don't understand how you dropped the ball on such a simple "Allstar special" order. I would really like my tip$$ back.

I had been to this location a couple times. Service has usually been consistent. I walked in this morning and was not greeted and sat at a table for quite a while. A couple tables came in after and were greeted and serviced quickly. Slightly disappointed, it was not busy, 3 tables including myself and 3 at the bar. Went elsewhere for breakfast.
