Terrible experience. Me and my fiance just stopped by for a small bite to eat. It was clear it was busy and understaffed. Understandable. But the gentleman taking cash register walks away as soon as its our turn to order. We figured he was helping assist in getting orders out. We waited patiently as the line started to form behind us and 6-7 mins later an employee yells out “ If you need to order use the kiosk” well some guys who were there after after us used the kiosk first then the manager decides to get another guys order that was behind us as she KNEW we were waiting paitently. At this point 7 people had walked out. The manager was obviously flirting and giving googly eyes to the man. Very unprofessional

Never been to this location before, one time will be enough. Slow service and honestly I didn't think cheese possibly be sliced that thin. I don't know what odor was about with hamburger but it didn't make for a good experience, I couldn't finish because of the smell.

Terrible Wendy’s and honestly our community deserves better. We’ve always had issues with our orders here that I’m finally writing a review. Tonight we ordered two 10 piece nuggets and got 8 in one of them and 9 in the other, in total missing 3 nuggets. We also asked for sweet and sour sauce and they gave us BBQ sauce. I shouldn’t have to count out everything that comes in the bag. Again, this is now multiple instances of poor service. I hope the franchisee sees this review and responds. Your employees don’t care and we’re tired of spending money here and not getting what we’ve paid for.

My sister was hungry & craving something quick to eat, she orders food & when she gets home she tells me that they gave her the incorrect order. She ordered a nugget meal which SHOULD come with fries & a drink. Instead they gave her nuggets, NO fries & a random burger. My sister has a food allergy to where she can’t eat cheese. They gave her a cheeseburger which she couldn’t eat & wasted money paying for a meal she did not receive. Whoever took her order at 8:50pm & gave her the incorrect order I hope you stub all your toes, all your pillows are warm, you’re late to work everyday & have all your orders incorrect whenever you try to go out to eat & see how that feels! If this wasn’t the first time this location got our orders incorrect I would not be leaving a review. I have went here for years & the very last few times I ate at Wendy’s my order has consistently been incorrect no matter how I order. Last time my sister went back because my order was incorrect & she told me the cashier had an attitude like it was my sisters fault that our order was wrong. If y’all just gave us the correct orders this wouldn’t even be a problem. All the people working here need to be FIRED they can’t even handle simple orders & have no customer service skills & if you even politely correct them or tell them that something is wrong they flip & start being rude & mean to you!! Everything is wrong at this location & I’m NEVER coming here again & definitely not wasting my time money at this establishment. If i could give 0 stars I would!

I went in to get something there was water by the coke machine plus there was no ice in the coke machine the service was horrible after reading other reviews and going to another Wendy's out of state i like personably i do not like the fast food on tlpw but I've had bad experiences at this Wendy's before for the same simple item

This is a dying location. The food is never served fresh. You have a 40% chance of your order always being incorrect. The young people they have working here in the evening and at night they don't care if your fries are cold. They don't care if they forget to put napkins or straws in your order, I will never go back. When did Wendy's run out of chili?

Brian is the absolute worst manager. Me and my mom went up here to visit my sister and get something to eat really quick. They had to go get my sister front the back and big back Brian decided he wants to take out order mind you he was in the drive thru. So I’m telling him my order I asked for a biggie bag and he cuts me off while I’m trying to give him specific details about my order and when I asked if he heard what I said and he catches an attitude he tells me I didn’t say what I said but he would’ve heard me had he not cut me off. My sister comes out and he completely changes his tune now he’s a nice guy I didn’t like how I was treated and had my sister not been there I wouldn’t have gotten anything to eat. How are you a manager acting like that go find another job please and thanks

Then it took 20 MORE minutes to even get my food when I was the only customer in the restaurant. I ordered nuggets, chili, potato. Everything was luke warm, bordering on cold. We had to clean our own table in the dining room since every table was dirty. Additionally, I witnessed an employee use the restroom then immediately come back to handle food without washing his hands or using gloves. Disgusting and makes me not want to come back.

Its wendys you pretty much know what youre getting, but the crew working sunday mornings always goes above and beyond for us. Theyre always friendly and our food is always correct.

The people are prejudice towards certain ethnicities, they won’t talk to you and they will let your food sit there until you point it out to them that the food is sitting there and they will give you attitude for asking about it. Be prepared to be in the drive through in the morning for at least 10 minutes while the people smoke their cigarettes and march right back in and handle your food. Will never visit this Wendy’s ever again.
