Hour & a half before close. Thick of the evening. Sat in the drive-thru for twenty minutes. Got cold food. Pathetic.

I'm not normally a big Wendy's guy but it does slap if you haven't had it in a while. This particular Wendy's is my favorite because they typically have very good service. Recently went and they had a cashier named Gabriel that helped me out. He answered some questions about menu items and ingredients and made the experience better.

I ordered online and added a Regular Frosty that was advertised as a free bonus for my online order. I was five minutes away, so I selected the button to place the order and drove to the restaurant.

After arriving, I told the cashier that I was picking up my online order. At first she did not know what to do, but got assistance from a manager. He found the order and activated it. I had my food within five minutes.

I enjoyed the meal, but when I looked at the receipt later, I saw that I had been charged for the Frosty.

Noway was working the counter the night i was ordering while in my car in the parking lot. I was weighing my options with all of their really good deals on the app and then got a phone call from an old friendnd. So my car was in the parking lot for quite a while.
Noway came to my window to make sure i was alright. I think he was genuinely concerned, since all he could see was the back of my car. I explained that i was trying to find a certain birthday offer that i thought i saw before but didn't see it, then an old friend called and we talked for a while, but im fine and will order when i find the offer i want to use. He was cool with that, no problem. When i ordered, i actually placed 3 orders with the app (one at a time) so that i could use more than one coupon. Kind of a pain, but with all the food i got for under $3, it was well with the hassle. My food came up after a bit of a wait, but i think that was my fault. I think i placed my first order for pickup in drive thru but then walked in to get it. Then before i could place my 2nd order, the first one needed to be completed, which is just how the app is set up. The food wasn't too bad. I appreciated Noway for giving me the extra onions i requested. Everything was a little cold but again, mostly my fault, since i didn't eat until after i got to my destination, about 5 miles away. I did eat the fries on the way and they were hot and fresh. But when i got to my cinnabuns, there was barely any icing and the bun part was hard as a rock, like they got microwaved for a minute or 5 on high. I had to throw them away. And was the item i ordered with my points. But there was nothing i could do, since i was already too far away to get them replaced and they were already closed anyway.

Ordered food from app. Went through drive through to pick up. Didn't realize till I got home that they didn't put my chicken nuggets in my bag. They did however give me the sauce.
Guess it's my fault for not checking all 3 bags of food and just assuming all was put in

I went through the drive-through, and it did take about 10 to 15 minutes, but that’s OK considering it is lunchtime.
My order was correct for the most part. I did order spicy chicken nuggets, and got regular chicken nuggets. Which is fine both are delicious. But I was unable to eat the chicken nuggets because it honestly looked like they were not cooked, the batter was very uncooked. Pretty disgusting!

Terrible experience. Me and my fiance just stopped by for a small bite to eat. It was clear it was busy and understaffed. Understandable. But the gentleman taking cash register walks away as soon as its our turn to order. We figured he was helping assist in getting orders out. We waited patiently as the line started to form behind us and 6-7 mins later an employee yells out “ If you need to order use the kiosk” well some guys who were there after after us used the kiosk first then the manager decides to get another guys order that was behind us as she KNEW we were waiting paitently. At this point 7 people had walked out. The manager was obviously flirting and giving googly eyes to the man. Very unprofessional

Never been to this location before, one time will be enough. Slow service and honestly I didn't think cheese possibly be sliced that thin. I don't know what odor was about with hamburger but it didn't make for a good experience, I couldn't finish because of the smell.
