17 minutes for a biggie bag is insane. I had to go in my self to get it. Someone literally said “guys that’s been up”. So waited for literally nothing.

Mariann had phenomenal customer service and seems like a real asset to Wendys. She was very friendly and sold us a coupon book. She had a genuine interest to make sure our meal was good. If we lived closer to this location, we would be regulars. Food was pretty good

I ordered 3 sandwiches and 1 chicken spicy 2 double cheeseburgers no tomatoes and and ketchup both sandwiches came with said condiments on them. I am highly allergic to tomatoes of any kind. I was very upset with my order being wrong and I spent $30 for all of it fix your staff, please

I’ve been here 5 times or so in the last year and every single time, there’s a 20+ minute wait, people leaving the drive through because of 0 service and even locked doors so if you want to order inside, good luck 😂 the poorest ran business in this area by a long shot. It’s almost impressive how bad they are. 0/5 stars

The workers at this location are rude. Person taking orders was outside with another person while the drive-thru line had 2 people waiting on food and 3 people waiting to have their order taken. Get around to the window, the guy that took my money didn't say hello, smile, or tell me my total. The guy that brought my food didn't speak at all just handed me my food and drink and if I had not asked about my drink wouldn't have spoken a word to me either. These people need to work on customer service or find a different industry to work in.
They close at 9pm but apparently the frosty machine closes before 8:30

My experience was frustrating and disappointing.
At approximately 11:35 PM, we arrived at the drive-thru and waited for five minutes without any acknowledgment or response, despite there being only one car receiving its order. At 11:41 PM, a young employee with red hair informed us that they were only accepting online orders. I told him we would place our order online, and we began doing so.
However, just one minute later, another employee—a man with dreadlocks in a ponytail—told us they were short-staffed and that the location was closed. This was 25 minutes before the official closing time. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, he responded dismissively, saying, “It is what it is” and that he didn’t care.
This experience reflects extremely poor customer service. Not only were we denied service well before closing time, but the dismissive attitude of the staff was unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way under any circumstances.
