Arrived at 12:45pm, lunchtime, only 3 cars ahead of me. Took them 23 minutes to get me my 2 burgers and coke. Don't stop here if you can't waste time, they're not good at operating a drive-thru.

Bacon wrangler doubles are supposed to come with “fried onion strings”. Instead, both of our BWD’s came with raw onions on them. They’re completely different things and neither my wife or I like raw onions, otherwise he would have asked that they be removed from our sandwiches. They were not edible as is for us, incredibly disappointed.

I probably visit this whataburger at least once a week. Each time I order on the app and pick it up curbside. Whenever David is there he’s always the kindest, most joyful guy. He made the comment recently “whenever I’m here I’m always gonna take care of my customers.” Such a great guy and so glad to have a taste of Texas out here in Georgia!

Me and my big back besties went to get some food and milkshakes and This amazing energetic really Kind Drive thru man Carris made our night. He's funny and we were tired, he made us laugh and it was an overall best experience I've ever had with fast food.

I’m sitting in the lobby right now. I ordered a milkshake 20 minutes ago and still haven’t gotten it. It’s not very busy in here and there probably 10 employees here working. This is ridiculous. I don’t complain very often but this is crazy. Do better or watch your customers go elsewhere.
