I’m not usually this critical of fast food places. I mean, you know it’s fast food going in, not expecting 5 star service. But I once waited 30 minutes for a small order of fries and only got them because I politely flagged down multiple people. One employee literally ran from me in the process.

Typical burger place. Burgers were good but not that much different than most places. Fries were not good at all. Regular fries you buy frozen at Kroger.

Nothing super special here. Staff was friendly and helpful, but no one stood out. My wife had a double with cheese and she liked it. I had a single that seemed to have too much mustard on it for me. Sort of drowned out the rest of the burger's flavor. But wasn't bad by any means.I'll probably go back to the Chastain store over this one though. The burger I had there was much more enjoyable.

Ordered tonight on the drive home and made the mistake of not double checking. missed 2 of my items and the wrong sauce but the guy at the window was nice at least.

I placed an order on doordash and on the app there is no option to add "specialty" sauces I messaged my driver who did not respond so I proceeded to call the store. Miranda the way below subpar manager picks up and I explain to her the situation in which she gives me attitude in return. I understand that they do charge 40 cents for sauces and Im more than willing to pay the considering its barely anything. After receiving my order she spitefully gave me honey mustard instead of the requested sauce. I then call her back and make her aware of the situation letting her know I had no mal intent when calling earlier then she proceeds to yell at me for "accusing" her of being malicious when I stated "I spoke to you earlier and when I made my request you seemed frustrated and then gave me the wrong sauce I dont know if it was on accident or on purpose but this is how it comes across" at which point she tells me shes not dealing with this and hangs up on me. Long story short she has no business being any sort of authority.

Not what I expected, as the crowds that were at this place all the time may have sucked me in. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent burger, but not the best I have had. I liked the fried fish I tried. Clean and not greasey.
