I promise to Never order or eat anything from Wing stop again šŸ˜’ They sent the wrong order and the food was disgusting 🫣 The fries were old and overcooked and the chicken tenders were soggy and gross. Save your money and you stomach.

This used to be a great location. When I've ordered here before they were very accommodating with minor request. I've order and requested to mix the spicy along with lemon pepper. I am even willing to overlook the long wait time. Well today I came in to request the same thing and the cashier said they couldn't mix the flavor. She looked at me like they would need a rocket science degree to accomplish this. It's crazy how the customer service went down hill here. I decided righ then and there to walk out and never eat here again.

Not even under staffed and it is taking them so long to take and fill orders. What is going on here. Food safety score is not on display. They have a 70 C currently. The food was ok but the service was lacking for someone to take charge

This place is a disgrace. I waited for almost 40 min for my food only to find out they had gave it out already! Employees real rude one of them argued with a delivery driver. Must say I will never eat at this wingstop ever again

ā€œAh, Wingstop. The place where my food is always hot and tastes great… at least the half of it they remember to send. It’s like playing culinary roulette every time I order. Wings? Maybe. Fries? If you’re lucky. Ranch? Forget about it.

What’s truly impressive, though, is my dedication to this chaotic ritual. Ordering the same thing over and over, expecting all of it to show up? Clearly, I’ve got the IQ of a boneless wing. But hey, who doesn’t love paying full price for half a meal and a free test of their patience? 1 star for the service 4 star for the taste—if only I could enjoy all of it in one sitting.ā€

We come to this store all the time and never had a problem … I ordered 10 wings and only got 8 …. If they wasn’t worried about one of their employees going to jail outside then I could have gotten all 10 wings .. then I called up there to let them know and Michelle just unprofessional… it’s 30 degrees outside 9pm and she told me to drive back up there for 2 wings…

Really good food. The only 3 problems I had was 1.) the girl at the counter she was way too busy talking to her friends who wouldn't go sit down and insisted on standing in front of the counter and talk and take selfies with her and all the while a long line started to form. 2.) Why do they put your french fries in a basket instead of a box when you're getting a to go order. Your fries end up at the bottom of the bag. 3.) No hair nets in the kitchen. My wife pulled a long piece of hair weave out of her food.

Always super long wait even when you order online. Wait time was supposed to be 16-21 minutes and we’re at almost an hour and food still isn’t ready yet.

Can I give 0 starts for the people who work there? It’s 7pm and the hours say they close at 11:45, can you guess who didn’t get any wings because ā€œwe’re not taking any more orders and we are gonna close earlyā€ I have tried this place a few times and everytime I’m disappointed. Just move on to the next wing shop.

I went in around 3 pm today for a takeout and the girl wearing pink jacket was awful. I smiled at her, she gave me a butt face. She didn't say anything so I went ahead and kindly started placing my order. She literally interrupts me mid sentence and says, "Can I have a name for the order?" Extremely rude! That put me in a bad mood already and I almost walked away if it wasn't for me being very hungry at that point. Staff needs training and a better working environment because both workers looked like they hated it there. She needs to be reminded that customers have nothing to do with their personal problems so don't take it all on them.
On a positive note, the food came out quick and was good.

My first and last time at Wingstop!! Dined in. Waited for over twenty five minutes for our food. Only to find out it had been placed on the To-go rack. Never received half of our order and when we approached the counter, was told by multiple workers ā€œthey were working on itā€ we finally just got up and left without the rest. would not recommend

I ordered takeout or I would have sent my food back. The wings had an odd odor to them and I realized it was OLD OIL they must have been cooked in. (I spent 10+ years in restaurants and I recognized that odor from when it was time to clean the kitchen). The wings almost immediately upset my stomach and I couldn’t finish them. Ordered 15 wings and a side of corn on the cobb and it ran $35. Way overpriced and I threw half away. When I walked in they had an empty dining room, minimal customers, and 6-8 people just standing in the kitchen. Maybe they should be cleaning! I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be back.
