Wow Pho & Grill

The food is ALWAYS delicious and Tam is always so helpful and nice. Today I tried the Combo Vermicelli and it was so good, and SO much food.

Nothing WoW about this place in comparison to the other pho places I’ve been to. Pho is my go to when I’m not feeling well. That’s why I went there today, my stomach was queasy. I was extremely disappointed by the service and the environment. The waiter was kind of snarky and the music was unreasonably loud for a restaurant. It felt like I was at a gym. The food was decent. The whole experience was underwhelming at best. I would recommend doing takeout or try another restaurant.

The main reason we will not be returning is the poor customer service. My husband and I dined in, we were the only people in there, and the waiter/host was very condescending and downright rude. He argued with my husband about a dish he’d ordered before. He stared us down while we were eating as if we needed to hurry. We asked for to go containers for our leftover Pho and I had to ask him to help pour it. When he was finished he says, “It’s not that hard” then walks away without helping my husband. When we left there was no goodbye or “thank you for dining with us”. It is clear why this place was completely empty on a Monday night

the best pho!!! we had shrimp spring rolls to start and they were great. service was excellent and fast paced. we will be back!

I understand now why this place was empty when we walked in, even with that being the case, we were given cold, clearly semi-reheated food. I placed my order at 9:14p through the UberEats app, and picked it up 9:38 (7 mins after getting the message it was ready). The staff was nice and offered to re-cook the food, but I’m sure it was just a reheat of food that had been sitting there. The shrimp was gummy and looked dirty. The current grade from the health inspector is a ‘B’ for good reason. We spent well over a $100 and it was terrible quality. The staff acknowledged the food was cold and told me I had to cook it at home. That defeats the purpose of takeout, right? Very frustrating. Never again.

Food and service is always awesome. Price is a little high though. They try to be trendy but they miss the mark. As for music If you don't like new wave, house, techno then you won't have a pleasant meal. Me personally I like that music.

DO NOT EAT HERE If I could leave no stars I absolutely would. We feel sick after eating here we later found out there’s a 56 on inspection. The bald dude was so so disrespectful and they all stare while you eat here…… like they think it’s going to be good. Not to mention once I (the girlfriend) didn’t leave a tip they pushed the machine over to my bf as if he would leave a tip. GET OUT…… 🚪 the food was tasteless. We never even got greeted at the door….. customer service was so bad and the girl who took my order in the pink was so disrespectful I was ready to walk out the second I sat down but everything was so rushed. Horrible experiance never again.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for years now and it is truly our favorite restaurant ever! ⭐️ The food is not only AMAZING - but it is always consistent. The service is amazing and the food always comes out fast, hot, and yummy! The vibe inside is always great too, plus the music is always fire! 1000000/10 !! ☺️

The pho is very good, they give a good amount of protein in their servings. My issue is only a few things. Firstly, the service could be a little better. The waiter kinda makes you feel like he really doesn’t want to be there an if you ask a question he makes it would like you were dumb to ask. Secondly were they pricing. I have been to many pho places, even near Orlando which is usually pricey, but this place is completely outrageous. My family of 6, with most meals being from the kids menu, was almost 150. It’s very expensive. And to top it off you get no refills on drinks. Giving the fact you are paying so much, it doesn’t seem like a difficult request to allow a refills, especially for children.

Their menu offers a diverse selection of culinary options. We selected this establishment to explore a new pho restaurant; the experience was satisfactory. I intend to return and sample additional dishes.

I have been to so many Vietnamese establishments it's easy to identify my favorite and now my least favorite. The price compared to quality is not even close to being in the same ratio. The portion was decent but the presentation on these massive plates was definitely a miss. We got 1 Pho, 2 rice dishes, and appetizers. Everything was imbalanced and there was an odd very fishy taste on all of it. I will drive 30 min out of my way to find the next closest establishment and give them a try before I returnB here.

The tiny bald dude was so rude and has no type of customer service skills. I wasn’t even greeted as I can through the door I just got the dirtiest look by the bald dude. So RUDE!!

I usually order online from this restaurant because of its proximity. I will say their iced coffee is great… But… I ordered the bbq pork vermicelli plate. The pork was undercooked. The roll tasted sour. The plate doesn’t include some of the garnish you would expect on a dish. The food is not what I expected from a Vietnamese restaurant…. Moving forward, I will be ordering from other Vietnamese restaurants.

This is my new favorite spot for Vietnamese food and boba tea, and I’m so glad that I have found a place that’s nearby to me! I love that I can come here for an authentic bowl of pho along with friendly service. I highly recommend!
