Wow Pho & Grill

The tiny bald dude was so rude and has no type of customer service skills. I wasn’t even greeted as I can through the door I just got the dirtiest look by the bald dude. So RUDE!!

I usually order online from this restaurant because of its proximity. I will say their iced coffee is great… But… I ordered the bbq pork vermicelli plate. The pork was undercooked. The roll tasted sour. The plate doesn’t include some of the garnish you would expect on a dish. The food is not what I expected from a Vietnamese restaurant…. Moving forward, I will be ordering from other Vietnamese restaurants.

This is my new favorite spot for Vietnamese food and boba tea, and I’m so glad that I have found a place that’s nearby to me! I love that I can come here for an authentic bowl of pho along with friendly service. I highly recommend!

We've been to Wow Pho and Grill a few times, and overall, it’s a pretty decent spot for Vietnamese food. The pho and other dishes are generally good, but nothing exceptional. The flavors are there, but the food can be a bit inconsistent at times, especially when ordering takeout. We've had a few instances where the dishes aren't prepared using the same ingredients, or the pho broth didn’t seem as flavorful as usual.

Another downside is the slow service. Even when the restaurant isn’t very busy, it tends to take quite a while for food to arrive. This is especially noticeable when ordering takeout — it’s not unusual for the order to be delayed, sometimes significantly.

That said, when everything comes together, it's a pretty solid meal. We just wish they would improve their consistency and speed of the service.

To start off the Vietnamese coffee was amazing!! 10/10. I wish I could drink it every day. I had a take out order so maybe that’s why it was not as good as all of the other reviews… the staff was nice though. I think it is overpriced: The dumplings had no flavor and tasted watery almost like they were frozen and just reheated. I got the pork sandwich and the pork was freezing cold. I expected it to be warm. I think the sandwich would be better if the bread was toasted on the grill and the meat was warm… the sauce was a little too sweet but not terrible, toppings were good. I also got the lemongrass chicken, the noodles were good but the texture of the chicken was weird and not sure about the vinegar sauce.

Everyone who eats here needs to read their most recent inspection violations….the dishwasher hasn’t worked in a long time, the inspection states they have been just spraying water on dishes leaving bits of food behind. The meat slicer is also covered in old meat. Black mold on the ice maker…..it’s insane the county allows them to stay open. Disgusting.

Scored a 56 on their health inspection less than a week ago!!!!!! MOLD ON THE SLICER and ICE MACHINE. Employees not washing hands. Meat is stored too warm. Omg never again.

Loved everything about the place: the service, the atmosphere but most importantly food! Delicious vegetarian pho & eggrolls! Unexpected bonus was the background music - some very nice trance music - loved it :)

I thought long and hard to leave this review. Stopped by to try the shaken beef fried rice. The little dude who met me advised where to sit. Ok. I ordered the appetizer I wanted and for a drink I asked for lemonade and unsweetened tea. Dude looks at me and says we have limeade and begins to describe what a lime is. Really? Seriously? The look on his face compared to mine and then his tone I swear I thought about walking out! So when it comes ti my order I asked for extra eggs in my fried rice. Little dude was like each egg is $2.99! Really? Seriously? Finally food comes out (rolling it out on a cart…..Really? Seriously) with a plate of scrambled eggs and my fried rice entree! REALLY? SERIOUSLY? I sat there ate a few bites of an $40.00 order of food and was like time to go! Oh little dude forgot to continue his service and a really nice lady serving the booth next to me asked how was everything and gave me the check. I tipped who I hope was her. Little dude was in the front ready to insult the next innocent patron! I will NOT be back even though what I ordered was freaking delicious and ambience was not flattering as well!!!!! Yessssssssss I will NOT be back!!!! Really! Seriously! Thanks to little dude 🤬!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a hidden gem in woodstock! The food is phenomenal! It's our new go-to pho spot...better than where we always used to go on buford highway!

Top notch Pho spot. My favorite is the Vietnamese Spicy Noodle Soup. Owner is cool and shared the cooking process with us.
