Your Pie Pizza

The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and super helpful. We tried the new sandwiches and they did not disappoint! The Italian was absolutely delicious and super filling. We look forward to our next meal with you!

We were greeted right when we walked in! Ordering was easy and fun for my grandsons! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly has ordered! Every employee was incredibly friendly, polite, fun, and accommodating! We love it here!

It happened, the last straw.

We come here frequently and despite our wishes, have the rudest, most awful service and consistently get bad pizzas. They short us on ingredients, they burn or undercook the pizzas. This gives me heartburn and indigestion. They have kids running the store who literally just don’t care about anything and will give you attitude if you ask for ANYTHING. I ask for my pizzas to be well done- each time it is met with an eye roll and then they proceed to burn the pizzas. Well done does not equal black on top and the bottom floppy and undercooked. It also doesn’t equal completely burned all the way through but they do not care what they serve you. They roll their eyes, mouth off and purposefully ruin the food. Then they ask if everything is okay when the pizza is literally black. There is one girl who is especially rude each time- her name starts with a V and she is hateful every single time. According to her, “we can’t control the temperature of the over so that’s why your pizza is burnt.” The quality of the food would be so much improved if they could learn how to cook the pizzas but they just can’t. We’ve come here for years and the service has been consistently getting worse each time. For a $10 pizza, at an establishment titled “Your Pie,” we are definitely not getting our pizza the way we want it.

We visit Your Pie at least twice a month, sometimes once a week. We used to love this place because we could customize our pizzas the way we wanted while still eating as a family. However, despite us trying (ex. Asking to check the pizza before serving to see if we would like it cooked more), the restaurant does not accommodate. We keep trying and I don’t know why we are because it is a very frustrating and poor experience every time. Not sometimes, literally every time.

More often than not, we end up taking the pizzas the way they are even when they are not satisfactory and up to standards purely because we do not want to deal with the rude staff. And after speaking with the owner, I see where it comes from. Despite sending her everything I’ve mentioned above, there was never an apology issued. There was no corrective action (come in, we’ll make you a new one, give us another chance, etc). She simply said “thanks for the feedback…we’ll work on training our employees” and that’s it. Pretty sorry if you ask me. After that interaction with the owner, I definitely will not be coming back.

Went here for lunch today with my daughter. We ordered two 10” pizzas with marinara sauce and mozzarella. I had spinach, pepperoni, bell peppers and oregano added to my pizza. When it arrived, I took a bite and immediately knew it needed something. I added salt, more Parmesan but it didn’t help. This pizza literally has no flavor. The marinara sauce has no flavor. Tastes just like eating a baked piece of cardboard! My daughter’s pizza was the same way. I don’t really understand the hype over Your Pie pizza. I think even Mod Pizza is more flavorful as well as Dominos pizza.

The ingredients were fresh, but the pizza had absolutely no flavor and I don’t think our 10 inch was quite 10 inches. I asked for the veggie Italian sausage and the portion was literally in a condiment cup. It was so small. I had to put so much salt, cheese , red pepper, and everything just to get some flavor out of the pizza. This place is just a joint where people take their kids when they have birthday parties

Kind of irritated, ordered a sandwich and it had nothing on it. The menu listed everything on the specific sandwich that I ordered so I just asked for that sandwich and all I got was bread, chicken and cheese. I guess I was supposed to explain what I wanted but then why list all the ingredients on the menu?

Tried this place as I used to love MOD pizza but location we usually go to closed down. Craving a custom pizza and being in the area I heard Your Pie is just as good. This place was just as amazing and love the outside sitting area.

Came in for lunch today. The staff has changed since the last time I was here and unfortunately not for the good. The girl that took care of me when I paid was rude. Then they brought my pizza out and the crust was burnt. Like black burnt. The girl who brought the original out to me was sweet and apologized. The one who brought out the remake not so much. Same one who cashed me out. Definitely could use some additional customer service training.

SO GOOD! I got my pizza incredibly fast, and the workers were very nice and respectful. Definitely recommend!
