Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just went here a few days ago. The food was good and the service was good. Although the table looked a little sticky, the experience was good. If you are looking for a drive thru or to sit down and eat. Then I would recommend this place.

This is the third time we go to this location to have lunch our experience was bad as the other ones the food was really cold and the server was awful we asked to remake our food and apparently they say yes but when we got our food it was super cold the Hispanic lady has a really bad customer service. Definitely not coming back.

The downfall of Zaxbys needs to be studied

The last two times I’ve been have literally been disgusting. The fries/ chicken had a musty, almost metallic taste to it as if they were fried in petrol instead of cooking oil

This Zaxby’s is always great. The food is always perfect and the service is fast and friendly. Stopping by for a salad through the drive-thru after visiting the gym next door was always so convenient and quick. I stopped in today for a drink and the employee who helped me was so nice and helpful. Great work! Highly recommended!

My husband and I both were extremely sick after getting doordashed last night.
We have never had a bad experience here before. However it was odd enough to be worth mentioning in case anyone else had an issue. It could be a coincidence.

The store is overall clean and nice. The lady at the counter doesn’t speak great English, she interrupted me to ask me for my name. Felt rude but maybe a language barrier, I dunno. I got the loaded fries with Zac sauce instead of ranch, which is what I normally get. The fries were definitely over seasoned and the amount of sauce was just over bearing. Definitely was a miss this time. I go to this one because it’s close to work but I think I would avoid it and just to go to the Zaxby’s closer to my home.

Just giving a good rating because there was an unnecessary complaint when the staff was doing their best at the time :) Zaxbys never lets me down and their cookies are always fresh!

The lady gave me food at the window changed attitude right away when she realized I am an Asian ??

This was my first time here as well... it was more breakfast but they open at 11am.. so it was more a brunch I guess. This place was clean clean... inside and out. Restroom was clean and didnt smell at all. Everyone was professional and nice as well. Great experience for my first visit. I will stop here (maybe a different location) but I will eat Zaxbys Chicken again.
