Loved the slaw container with a lid; one of Zaxby restaurants in Marietta serves the slaw without the lid which causes a spill into the other foods. A mess!

Canceled order after making me wait an hour

Horrible. Make sure you order some chicken with your salt. Good god. Sloppy food that’s has no flavor except the 2 lbs of salt with each order.

Assistant manager sarah deserves a raise or promotion. Every time my husband and I visit she is so kind and sweet to everyone especially the other employees. She makes my day when we visit and see her.

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s, Sarah is friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. I pay attention and she treats both customers and her team with respect and kindness. She’s consistent, professional, and clearly a leader. Zaxby’s is lucky to have her. Promote Sarah!

If my kids didn’t like Zaxby’s so much, I’d never go back. This location is slow, the food quality is inconsistent and literally EVERY ORDER I’ve placed in the last year has had something wrong with it. Yet again tonight we order via the app to make sure the order was right, and it was still wrong. It should have been ready at 9:31. He finally left with a corrected order at 9:58. We’re always super nice and respectful because mistakes do happen, but at the Woodstock Zaxby’s inaccurate, inconsistent food is the rule not the exception.

Easily the worst staff I’ve ever seen in any establishment. Slow service, leaves items out of the order, makes incorrect replacements, front staff and kitchen argue in front of customers, they are a total mess. Good chicken though.

Ordered through the app to HOPEFULLY save some time. I placed my order at 12:21.. app says it should be ready at 12:30.. sat in the drive through line AT the window for 5 minutes before they pulled me up to a parking spot.. I have now been waiting for 30 minutes for my order and have not received anything but have watched them empty the drive through line TWICE. Ridiculous. I get being busy but there’s no excuse for this.

Hit or miss. Ordered these shrimp and fries and it’s horrible. The shrimp were burnt and so were the fries.
