I’ve been living in Woodstock for about a 2 years, so I’m going to speak from experience. I would HIGHLY recommend you choose to spend your money elsewhere. My husband loves zaxby and we eat here at least 5-10 a month.

This is what I will say, the customer service is TERRIBLE. The food is always cold and never up to par.

I really hate to write this review but as much as my husband and I spend our money here I’m tried of receiving poor customer service and even worst food. Today someone by the name of jarika or Peyton took our order and she was rude and nasty. I’m just disappointed and wish they would learn to do better. It’s 2025 pple shouldn’t have to deal with this especially when they are spending their money. Again I’m speaking from experience of almost 2 years.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed my order in the drive-through at 10:51, but the staff confused me for another customer and ended up canceling my order by mistake. They then tried to replace it while I was still in line, which caused more confusion and delay.

I used my 50% discount, but it was applied to someone else’s order instead of mine. I ordered the Wings and Things (traditional) with dry rub, along with a peach and lemon-lime Minute Maid mix for my drink. Instead, I received cold boneless wings, which I specifically said I did not want, and a watered-down Coke that tasted like it had been sitting out or already drank.

This was frustrating because I confirmed my order multiple times, and I don’t eat boneless wings at all so my meal was wasted. I also tried calling the customer service line, but no one answered.

I’m requesting a full refund for my order and hope management addresses what happened so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Girl taking order barely acknowledged us and gave the impression that she did not want to be there. She walked away at some point and just left us there mid order. The place was not the usual clean zaxbys we are used to. The salad had obvious rotten lettuce and pretty much matched the rest of the experience. Have had much better experiences at other Zaxbys in the area. Planned on dining in, but changed our mind after going through all that. I dont usually post reviews, but this place really needs some help and improvement.

At this point it has be a call made by the franchisee. They don’t serve you nuclear. It’s tongue torch. Stop lying to customers, if it’s on the menu, stock it, serve it. Simple.

This zaxbys has continuously messed up my order, whether it be in the drive thru, or uber eats, they never fail to get something wrong. Most recently, they failed to include any sauces that were supposed to be in my order, Toast was not even buttered. In the past they’ve just “accidentally” counted 8 chicken tenders when I’ve paid for 10, but I’ve never accidentally been given an extra something, the order is always short. Unfortunately I will no longer be supporting this location, as it’s clear to me the franchisee and management are doing a disappointing job.

Top notch service! Ally was spectacular and the manager Ehmed was very wonderful and pleasant! I give this location an A+! You don’t find this type of kind service everywhere these days.

The Zaxbys app for some reason set my order for Sunday while I was trying to pick up Saturday night and the staff made the order fast and perfect, regardless of the packed line. Great staff here!

I hadn’t been to this Zaxby’s in a while, but it seems like the service has sped up since my last visit, which was a nice surprise. The window cashier was super friendly and welcoming. My order of boneless wings came out cold, which was disappointing, but my cousin’s Big Zax Snack meal was hot and fresh. Overall, a mixed experience, but the improved speed and great customer service definitely stood out.
