Woman who served me was inattentive. Almost dropped the entire tray because she wasn’t paying attention, she was absorbed in a phone conversation. I had to return the fries, they were cold and stale. Bit into my quarter pounder, I had requested no pickle. There was a lot of pickle. Got manager. He made it right. Fresh no pickle quarter pounder and fresh fries. Should McDonald’s really employee people who choose not to read printed instructions?
We stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I asked if I could fill my Yeti cup with ice and water, the man at the register said NO, he was very rude about it, and he didn't even offer me a cup of water.
Traveling through to North Carolina. Got there extremely busy but the Staff was efficient and truly working together. There Manger was awesome cause she proactive and the Staff was very courteous. Thank
