Woman who served me was inattentive. Almost dropped the entire tray because she wasn’t paying attention, she was absorbed in a phone conversation. I had to return the fries, they were cold and stale. Should McDonald’s really employee people who choose not to read printed instructions?
We stopped for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I asked if I could fill my Yeti cup with ice and water, the man at the register said NO, he was very rude about it, and he didn't even offer me a cup of water.
