I was very disappointed in Dairy Queen today. First they didn't have the advertised salted caramel truffle blizzard as advertised and then they would not honor the served upside down or free campaign that I received an email about over the weekend. Please don't advertise what you can't deliver!

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill provides great service and food, especially when the older gentlemen are working. The restaurant serves fresh, hot, and tasty meals, including great cheeseburgers, onion rings, and strawberry milkshakes. The interior is clean and quiet, making for a pleasant dining experience. While some staff members may not meet expectations, the owners seem to care about their business and strive to provide good service.
