We honestly stumbled upon Fishtales completely on a whim after a long miserable drive and being absolutely exhausted, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. From the second we walked in, the energy completely changed our mood. The atmosphere, the aesthetic, and just the overall vibe honestly felt like home. It was relaxed, welcoming, and had such a fun energy without trying too hard.

The staff was awesome from start to finish and everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. You could tell people enjoyed working there and it made the experience even better.

We started with the crab pockets for an appetizer and they were incredible. Then we had the wings and fish tacos for our meals and both were seriously so good. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful and came out quick even though the place was busy. I also had a whiskey sour and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

After the kind of day we had, this place completely lifted our spirits. Sometimes you randomly find a spot that just hits at the perfect time and Fishtales was exactly that for us. Definitely glad we stopped in and we’ll absolutely be back.

Man let me tell ya about Fishtales that Katrina is the best of the best and I haven’t had a meal there yet that was disappointing I eat there 2/3 times a week highly recommended restaurant staff and owners are top notch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My first time tonight here this place is incredible. Best wings in the whole county hands down. The service was top notch. Also the grits and shrimp was true southern cooking. You will not be disappointed.

Wow, what a treat! We had great friends that told us you have to try this place. They were right! Taking a 45 Minute detour to get to this jewel was worth every mile. The food “Fish Tacos” insanely good- and the service- unmatched. We felt like part of the family when we left! This will now be a go to, anytime we are close enough to stop by!
