5/20/2022 Yay, there's an Alyssandra's closer to home! These lumpias are the gold standard as they're crispy and not oily, they're filled full of goodness, and the filling is very tasty. You get a choice of two sauces, garlic and vinegar or sweet Thai chili. The lady was super friendly too! Hello friends!!Just wanted to take a moment to share some insight on this place!This is by far the best pork lumpia and chicken adobo I've had to date!The pork lumpia is big! crunchy on the outside + meaty and savory on the inside. Really cooked to perfection!This chicken adobo though.... to dye for! (yes i said dye)On a serious note, you can taste the ginger but its not overwhelming, the sauce is DELICIOUS scrumptious ? not too chick and not too watery.Highly recommend Alyssandras
We tried Pork, Vegetable and Banana lumpia.This Filipino spring rolls are very crispy and fillings are very nice. My favorite was Banana and Pork. I’d go back to this place again when in Pearl City.
