Long wait time, front greater wasnt very pleasant, bartender took our orders and was very pleasant. Food was good but the wait time and decor was below par
The food was ok. The quesadilla burger was something different, I enjoyed it. The beef nachos we did not care for much. The oriental chicken wrap salad was also different for us and it too was enjoyed. My husband ordered a beer that never came, we got asked it we wanted more water when our cups were still full and took a while before she refilled our waters after the food came and our cups were less than half. It was not busy, pretty empty but she was slow to bring condiments to go with our food.
Service is a little slow during the day but friendly staff. The food is very good. I love happy hour for the appetizers. Great location and its usually not busy.
Artichoke dip with chips and service were the only things that were good about this place. Salad dressing was pretty sweet and nothing to write home about. Chicken Alfredo pasta’s sauce was more like a paste and it was pretty salty. The breadstick was tasty though. I was skeptical about others reviews on here but now I’ve been here in person it is safe to say those reviews were validated and I wouldn’t come again
So sad. I won’t be back. We ordered a simple meal. I got soup, the hubs got lettuce wrapped substitution on burger. After patiently waiting for our meal to arrive, our waiter informed me they ran out of tomato soup. Bummed. After about 10 more minutes of waiting, we were told they ran out of lettuce for the burgers. Really? I know he felt bad... and explained it was close to closing. Um, it’s only 8:10pm. Our water glasses weren’t filled, and it took forever to get our check. Save yourself some grief...there’s other places in the mall.
Trying this one was a mistake from the start. My wife said Applebees from their place was very good. So despite of all the terrible things I've heard about this location in Pearlridge, we gave it a try. We went in around 2:30pm. It was not busy and there were a lot of empty tables. However, nobody was on the counter to accommodate us. We waited for at least 5 minutes before finally, somebody went to the front and acknowledges us. Then, the server made mistakes on our orders. We ordered the boneless wings as appetizer. We asked for barbecue sauce and server gave us ranch instead. We said okay, it's not a big deal. Then for our entrees, we asked for rice as the side. They gave us mashed potatoes. Food was not even good. Their boneless wings was so dry and their chicken and back ribs were so bland. It's like they were just all reheated in the microwave. Server never checked on us and only dropped the check on our table. She did not even bother to ask if we wanted dessert. We just made the decision not to eat here ever again. Server's name was Hannah anyway.
First, we waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to seat us in a nearly empty house. Second, they took our drink order, we waited fifteen minutes and we had to ask them about it before our waitress came back 5 minutes later to tell us that they dont have the ingredients to make our drinks. Third, when our food came out half an hour later, it was cold and not cut all the way through. Fourth, I had dirty silverware.
Even during the dead of the early evening happy hour the wait staff was inattentive and slow. They didn't honor their advertised $12 all you can eat instead charging $20 as a nice little "well everything is more expensive in the islands!" Bait and switch convenience fee. They were out of milk, chocolate milk, and icecreamin the middle of the non rush week, management needs to step up their game. Go somewhere else literally anywhere else.
Awesome food. The staff is super friendly and the food is better then the Applebee’s by us (in NY). I would recommend it.
Sad to see a new franchise fail so quickly. Wife had a glass of wine brought in a dirty glass. Fixed upon request, my entire of chicken and shrimp had a total of four salad shrimp. Cutting major corners. Bet this place is closed by next year.

First time here, wasnt what I expected. Waited about 15-20 minutes just to order our food. After waiting for an hour for our food, we decided to have it to go. Got home the steak was burnt on the bottom. It's like the cook hid the burnt part and flipped it over on the good part. The other plate I ordered was also burnt. If anything if you guys like burnt expensive food, then this is the place for you. Bad experience for me and my family.
Had a horrible experience this evening. Our server Brian was inattentive and not personable. We ordered our children's food first, then our food 15-20 minutes afterwards. Brian never came to check on us other than to literally drop something at the table. We got our children's food cold after waiting for about 30-40 minutes. We also didn't have silverware and our drinks were about out. He never asked if we needed a refill until the very end of our meal. When my wife and I got our food, her fish were undercooked. It took over 10 minutes for Brian to return, so my wife sat there just eating her fries. The children's menu said free refills on drinks with the only drink listed being milk. We were charged for the refill drink we got for my son. My son ordered side yogurt with strawberries and got fries with his food. When we asked he then said that they were out of yogurt. As a substitute he loudly offered my son strawberries with ice cream instead. When we asked for refills, which included my son's milk, he only came back with our drinks which he basically dropped on the table to run away. I quickly asked about my son's milk "I only have two hands and you got three drinks". A simple explanation covers all of that. At another point in time, he came by and dropped napkins on the table, no words, and as he was quickly leaving was when my wife brought up her uncooked food. At this point is when Brian told us that this was the kitchens fault and not his. Shifting blame and not communicating throughout the entire meal doesn't fix anything. Reading the recent reviews, this seems to be the new trend and I should have checked the reviews BEFORE visiting.
We had the WORST dining experience today. While our waitress had a positive attitude, she did a terrible job. The hostess did a horrible job. The cooks failed at their jobs. We should have known when we watched three sets of people leave before being seated because NO ONE GREETED US! It was dead empty and yet no one even said “Hi.” Or offered a “we will be right with you.” We should have left right then.
Great service okay meals, the atmosphere is very welcoming :]
Disappointed. We fell victim to marketing. Things looked so good on TV but execution was like eating a bunch of reheated frozen foods.
