Love their secret sauced chicken! It’s the popular chicken sauce based in chili paste. bb.q chicken probably tastes the closest to what you will get in Korea compared to other places in Oahu. So I absolutely recommend their chicken.However, ordering over the phone is extremely challenging. It’s been a hit or miss kind of experience for me for MULTIPLE occasions. I decided to write this review because yesterday was one of those days. I failed to order over the phone because they weren’t simply answering. Hope this gets better in the future.

Wanted to try the aiea location. Kahala location was outstanding, crispy on the outside moist on the inside. Aiea location, chicken was good and crispy but was slightly overdone with dry area right under the skin.

Food is good but service sucks. Called in my order and was told that it’ll be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive 25 minutes after my call and was told it’ll be a few minutes. I see my fries go into the bag at 30 minutes after my call. Meanwhile the cooks in the back come out and decide to take selfies with the cashier. At 45 minutes is when I get my food. I tell the cashier that my fries are cold and she says they have different cooking times. Then another person comes and ask and then says someone called in sick. They had 3 people in the kitchen and one cashier, 4 total. Poor customer service

We've had Korean Fried Chicken all over the island and mainland, and my uncle has had it best in Seoul. We came here as a last ditch effort for both of us to find what we thought would be the closest to the best from our travels and we found it here. You have to wait about 20 minutes for your food but it's worth it. The crunch of the chicken is amazing, it's moist, and the sauces they use taste great. I get the spiciest one and my uncle got soy garlic. The batter holds up so well to the chicken, that even when we got home the sauce didn't make it soggy. It's nice and clean inside and very modern looking with Kdramas and videos playing to entertain you while you wait. Overall, the best KFC on island and their kimchee tastes fantastic too!

Nice ambiance, clean. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the secret sauce. Delicious and filling . Took kinda long to get my sandwich even though they had other take out orders.. I would go back again to try other meals.

Best honey garlic chicken wings ever!! They have bone in and boneless chicken wings, I'd suggest with bone in chicken, I feel like it was more flavorful with the bone in. Chicken was still tasty and crunchy even when cold, not soggy at all. This was a sweet surprise, eating this chicken is a magical experience. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for anyone craving a delicious meal.
Very good chicken but long waits as they get VERY busy for lunch. Phone order or be prepared to wait long. We waited about 30 minutes as we ordered there. Nice interior with about 8 tables. They also have mounted TV's playing kpop videos

Went to this place after I landed at the airport. Ordered the soy and honey garlic fried chicken. Both were tasty and spicy. Very good tasting. This is similar to what they sell in Albuquerque,

This location really knows how to cook their franchise's chicken to perfection (see 1st photo)!!! First tried this chicken when I was in California and it was so awesome that when I came back to Hawaii and found out that we had two (2) locations here in Hawaii, I was ecstatic! Went to the Kahala location last month and my order of chicken was not up to franchise standards as it was overcooked and burnt (see 2nd and 3rd photos) I would be very hesitant in going to the Kahala location ever again!!!

Here's my low down or 411 on this place! I've been jonesing ( craving) some wings! Now, we ordered delivery and house to food location is about 20 mins in normal traffic, or Christmas shopping traffic! I ordered the 18 piece wings gs ( no sauce/ nothing added) and two orders mandoo, and two fountain drinks. I was overly surprised to get hot chicken wings( temperature) either they were that fresh or my delivery guy laid it to the pedal and no traffic! C'mon ya'll know fried food anything, usually shows up soggy! Not these ones! My wings were hot n' crispy/ crunchy! They were coated like I like them and very little spice to their batter! I ordered plain as I shared with my kid, and G'ma, who don't like a lot of heat in their food! Together the wings and mandoo made for a good lunch! I could wait to write this review as this will be my new wing place!! Maybe they've been around? It's my first serum and ordering! Good stuff! I have no pics! It was that good!!!
