The problem is that they brought me the starter at same time as main dish. Otherwise good.

Solidly average meal. We had the bbq chicken pizza thin crust, Mexican corn app artichoke dip app and this shrimp app. The Bahn mi bowl was not good mostly a bed of spinach. Our waitress was very nice and took it off the bill. My kiddo ate her whole cheese pizza. They also had a coloring page for her. We got some mystery bonus card at the end that I gave away because I have no intention on returning. There was an alarm that kept going off that my child was distressed by.

It was my son's thirteenth birthday & he decided on CPK for his birthday dinner. Knowing that CPK does not take reservations/"hold tables," I arrived 1 hr prior to expecting my family to show up for dinner. 545pm I walk in to tell the receptionist that I wanted to put my name on the "waitlist" & that I'm expecting a party of 17. I told her I know it's a large party & I know it might take a while but that's why I came 1 hr prior to give them time to arrange our tables. She explains the no reservations/no "holds" on tables & that she can't sit us until everyone is there. I told her I understood & told her everyone will be here at 645 so she takes my name & my number. 645pm our party of 17 arrives. I go inside to wait in the little sitting area. The receptionist sees me but says nothing. I can see 2 - 4 seater tables open in one area thinking they're waiting on the other adjacent tables to clear. Well, I was wrong. The next thing you know she sits a party of 4. I'm thinking ok is she even trying to sit my party of 17 or is she going to squeeze us somewhere else. Mind you, they remodeled the place & added tables to the outside area. No one was sitting out there! So anyway, I'm thinking ok maybe she didn't see me, or maybe she'll offer us to sit outside? So I go up to her & ask her if our tables are ready. With a smirky attitude she reply's, "I couldn't hold your tables." I'm like what? Wasn't there 2 tables just open a while ago? Were you not trying to sit us there? (As I point to the direction). She tells me no and that she can't hold tables. She asks me if we're able to split up. At this point I'm upset. Like she obviously has to know that I want my party of 17 to sit together. Why else would I arrive 1hr prior to be on the "waitlist?" So I tell her absolutely no! Then she tells me "well I think there's another party leaving soon. So I walk away. 30 minutes passed, it's now 715. I'm upset so my sister goes in to talk to the manager "Chuck." I'm like ok surely he'll understand. From a distance I can see my sister frustrated so I walk in to listen on the conversation. He literally says the same thing that the receptionist told me. That he can't hold tables. I'm furious now. I ask him how do they sit a large party if one ever comes in? I told them that there were at least 8 seats open, they could at least had tried to sit us there & wait until the adjacent tables had cleared out. He tells us that he can't kick a party off the table & he can't rush them like how he wouldn't rush us out. We never said he had to do that! So I ask him again, what's your protocol when a large party arrives since you can't "hold" tables because there's no way you will be able to sit a large party without "holding" a few tables for a few minutes. Like there's no way 4 tables will simultaneously get cleared. There has to be a few minutes in between. Well, it's obvious that he just couldn't answer my question. Mind you, Chuck was rude, no empathy, no aloha. Took my family to Ricado's Italiano Restaurant instead. They don't take reservations but we called them as soon as we walked out of CPK to tell them we were coming with a party of 17. As soon as we got there, we were seated. Next thing you know it's 734pm & I get a text from CPK that our tables were ready! Shame on CPK, it took you 2 hours to figure it out. Never again! If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them a star but I had to at least put 1 up to post my review!

You would never think to order a steak from CPK, but it is literally my go to menu item. I like my steak rare and I like extra blue cheese butter. I'm never dissatisfied and literally eat there 2 to 3 times a month

We had a gift card and decided to go here for dinner. We had the avocado spring roll, Thai salad, and the Fettuccine pasta with mushrooms and chicken. The avocado spring rolls and the Thai salad were excellent. However, the Fettuccine Pasta with mushroom and chicken was horrible. The noodles were hard and undercooked. The sauce was very skimpy and the mushrooms and chicken was very lacking. The waitress was very good and understanding as she took one look and agreed....yeah, it looks kinda dry and the noodles looked hard. She removed the pasta from our bill. Aside from that, the environment was clean. They need to learn how to cook pasta.

Would have liked the steak to be gluten free. Not sure why ribeye steak has gluten in it. I wound up eating a gluten free margarita pizza, which was good, but not my first choice. I would have given 5 stars, but the steak having gluten lowered my rating. Nice atmosphere.

I had the jambalaya pasta and my wife had the new spicy steak pasta, both were very good. Also capitalized on the take and bake pizza options for $10, what a great deal!

Had a gift card so decided to give it a try. The dining room is bright and clean. The open kitchen is nice to watch and there was a great mix of people there. The food was okay. My daughter's pizza was very good. We also had avocado egg rolls, but they were very greasy! I had the Fettuccine with Crimini Mushrooms and the pasta was very "Al dente". More so, the pasta was hard and very many noodles were stuck together. Our server was great and it's not her fault the food was just okay. Pretty average for a chain restaurant. But $60 for lunch for two people seems a bit excessive for subpar food.

Shopping at Pearlridge, we decided to have a late lunch at this CPK since we bought a GC at Costco. We were going to eat in, but even on a non busy time, between 2 and 5p, there was still a 20 minute wait, so we decided to take out. They have an app, but I can't add what I bought from the receipt to get points when I ordered from the counter, nor can I add my GC to the app. Garlic Cream Fettuccini - 5 stars - for about $18, I chose chicken and mushrooms with it. Although it was packed in a small container, but it had a lot of flavor in the cream, chicken and mushrooms, and the pasta was cooked just right. I'd buy it again because even though it's a little pricy for the amount they give, it was satisfying. California Club Pizza - 4 stars - their pizza was basic and small for the price you pay, but it tasted pretty good. A small salad came with it, but we didn't know if it was supposed to be added to the pizza or eaten separately. The pizza and salad combined had a lot of flavor to it. Service - 2 stars - wait to get our food was long. When we were going to eat in, the hostess said it would be faster to take out since the wait was 20 minutes, but our wait to get our food was almost the same. I actually ordered the california club sandwich at the counter. I was looking at the menu and asking questions about it, and ordered it, but to my disappointment, we got the pizza, and she said she thought that's what we wanted. They did tell us they can change the order, but that would be another 15 minute wait, so we just took our food and ate it at home. Although their prices are a little high considering the amount they give, their salads, pastas and pizzas are delicious. Lots of parking since it was at pearlridge lower level.

My husband, my dad and I came here for dinner. We ordered the club pizza, five cheese+tomato pizza and the dynamite shrimp, the agave mule and the berry sangria. The pizzas were very good as usual! We always come here for the pizza as there's no where else we have found in the island that has even decent pizza except here. The drinks are always usually really good The vibe is nice, very relaxed and a good place to bring the family or friends. It's always freezing though so bring a light jacket or something. I knocked it down a star because we never received the shrimp and another star because it's super expensive for how small the portions are.

I recently went there and Kellie our hostess was very nice and polite. Our order came out fast and they cleared out our table fast when we finished each dish. The only thing is the noise, lots of people but other than that it was great!
