Great service from the get go. Looked like the Manager was also helping the wait staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and a server even opened the door for us with a smile when we were leaving.

If you're into lots of heavy carbs, this place is for you, but if you care about your cardiac health, stay away. In terms of ambiance, I can't recommend. On a Saturday afternoon, there were tables with loud screaming kids and could-care-less mothers in every quadrant, even in the bar area where I thought kids were not allowed!

Came here on a Saturday night around 5:30 p.m. and there wasn't a line? Lucky us...they sat us right away! We ordered the Bottomless Chips and Salsa, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, Ultimate Cajun Pasta & Strawberry Lemonade (free refills).The chip and salsa was good as usual...chips were warm and crispy. The burger was juicy, very tasty and cooked to perfection...my husband enjoyed it! My daughter always orders the Cajun Pasta...her favorite. She enjoyed hers as well. As for the quesadilla, it was tasty, lots of filling and loved the crispy edges...3 pieces satisfied me. Yay! Leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Our server was very attentive. When we were low on chips, she asked if we wanted a refill. She brought another mug of the lemonade when my daughter's drink was low.We will definitely be back!

We had a work lunch get together at Chili's Aiea. We got there at 11am it wasn't busy at all. Employees were dressed in pajama pants. We received complementary chips and salsa. The waiter was kind. However I had to walk to the kitchen to ask for small plates so we had dishes to eat off of. I also needed to get our napkins and to go boxes. The staff didn't seem too happy to be working. Food came out okay, The salmon was dry. Mushroom burger was good as well as the southwestern egg rolls and salad. Do not go to the bathroom if you have a weak stomach. Very dirty and not well kept. It just felt so outdated and boring. I think this location needs a renovation. Overall I really wouldn't recommend us going back.

We visited the Pearlridge Chili's location today and were so disappointed in their chicken wings appetizer. We ordered it on our previous visit, but this time, it tasted rubbery and bland; as if it was reheated.It'll be a while before we visit this location again. I would like to mention that the employees were very accommodating and welcoming.

Recently went back with a friend for dinner. The staff was great, super friendly. The Margaritas were watered down just like the Salsa. It was a challenge to get any Salsa on your chips. The burgers tasted microwaved. The floors were dirty...I've been to this Chili's five years ago and swore not to come back. Moment of weakness I suppose. Shame on me.

Been to Chili's less than 5 times in my life. My most recent visit was at noon on a Wednesday. There was no wait and we were seated near the bar.The lady working the bar was also our waitress. She was very courteous and had a pleasant attitude.I shared a Smokehouse Combo- Fries, Bread, Corn, Brisket Quesadilla , Chicken Crispers and Honey Barbecue Crispers. It was quite filling for two people. Our order came out at a reasonable time. The crispers were tasty and tender. They were sizable, which I did not expect. The brisket quesadilla was appetizing. The tortilla itself was crunchy. I don't know how I feel about that. The sides were good, but nothing special to mention.Towards the end of our meal we wanted to enjoy what they offer on tap. Unfortunately, they were replacing to a new system at that time. So we opted out for a bottle of Corona each. Not the smartest move...Bottom line - This Chili's has good service, the food was satisfactory and the price is acceptable. Except for the price on the bottles... that's questionable.

Food is awful and service sucks. I also heard one of the managers calling one of the girl servers a 'bit*h' when I was walking to the restroom. I got shocked and was wondering what the heck was that. Very unprofessional place.I would avoid this place at all costs. The food is not worth the price. You can get better, higher quality food at the food court in the Pearlridge mall. This Chili's just makes absolute garbage food and expect you to cope and enjoy it.Very very very bad place. Needs to be shutdown and replaced by a better restaurant.
